Staff were friendly and helpful. beds very comfortable. Room was clean. breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. It's low cost so you cant expect perfection, but you get good value for money. If you're looking for a good night's sleep and nice breakfast, within walking distance of some of Istanbul's top attractions, it's a great place to stay. A special mention goes to whoever cleaned my room after the first night also. Had a long trip and had left some clothes and items strewn around as I wasn't expecting anyone to clean (was only there 2 nights). Someone came in, cleaned, kindly folded my clothes and set any items I'd left around neatly together. Was a lovely touch and shows the pride the staff here take in providing a good service

Room carpet and some fixutres and fittings in need of replacement. Can tell they've been there for a while. but at the price paid, it's a minor issue

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. The breakfast was also variable fresh fruit, cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, soups, marmalades, salads, various yogurts. The only thing that I didn't like was that the scrambled eggs were powder and not fresh. The staff were all wonderful helpful and polite. I ld certainly stay again.

The only thing that I didn't like was the bed, the mattress wasn't very comfortable but everything else was excellent

After 2 weeks in Turkey with beds of varying comfort and scratchy bedlinen (no proper bottom sheets) this was great. Very comfy mattresses and fresh bedlinen, duvet and pillows. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with lots of variety and, especially welcome, many different fruits - loved the figs cooked with orange

I dropped something which rolled under the bed so had to look under to retrieve it. Yuck! Beds need lifting regularly for vacuuming underneath. Security felt lax - anyone could access all floors from the street level lift without going to reception

Nice location, relatively close to the major sights. The Wi-Fi was nice and stable, reached everywhere. The AC was great, it could make the room temperature exactly as we wanted (even super cold). The staff was helpful when we had questions. Overall, a good value for the price IMO.

Not a problem with the hotel, but something worth mentioning: the immediate surrounding area is nothing but endless rows of stores selling useless junk, obviously aimed at clueless tourists - no "historic" area to speak of.

Location is excellent! You can even walk to the main attractions or take a nearby train. Hotel stuff was very helpful and kind and walked an extra mile to make us feel comfortable, especially Halid in a dining area. He made feel us at home, genuinely kind and welcoming. Bellboy Onur was also extremely nice as were receptionists. Rooms and dining area are all clean. I would come back to this hotel.

The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! I looked forward to it every day!! Ali who is the manager of that kitchen is so warm, welcoming and helpful with tips on what to see around the city. The rooms are simple but great value.

Don’t know why the front desk said that only way to reach the hotel was by bus when it is near 2 metro stops and a tram station.

Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul, room was cozy and clean, providing just enough space for two people, although a bit nosy as it gets into the street, not too disturbing though. Breakfast was copious, keeping you up for most of the day. Located in the middle of the shopping area for textiles, great location for those doing business in this regard. Not far from the main touristy places, walkable distance to them.

Street noise in the mornings, although not too disturbing. In rest no other dislikes.

The room was of good size, twin bed. Air conditioned. No noise from outside. Fridge in room was really useful, great for storing water bottles, etc. Was cleaned each day.

Everything was to our expectation. No complaints.

everything was perfect! the hotel is located near the tram station Laleli and 10 minute far away of Grand Bazaar, which is amazing. also, for the customers who want to buy en gros it is a location very good, in the middle of the Laleli (one of the most commercial zone in Istanbul) the personal was so kind with us, starting with the receptionist, the barman, and the personal form the restaurant. the hotel cleaning was fantastic, and we felt so confortable there. the room was very spacios. the breakfast was for all of types of people, you had to choose everything you wanted to. also, the price was very good, and for sure we will come back again.

Everything! Confortabile bad, nice room, very good and diversified breakfast! Coffee/tea in the room! Free water if you ask (my check-in was at 2am and all the shops were closed), and at check-out I was served with a very good turkish coffee…
