The guest rooms are kinda small and a bit dark, but breakfast is okay, nothing fancy, but it'll fill you up.

every thing is good 👍 but only one thing clean the room more i think thy don’t swipe the floor and the breakfast more menu almost same every day and its only traditional meal although i really like it the the food but a little more different dishes like Croissant etc but still was delicious 🤤 thank you so much

The location is very good, close to the tram, metro, Grand Bazaar, and Hagia Sophia. The breakfasts are tasty and diverse.

The room was very hot (I stayed in January), and the air conditioning was not working. Despite reporting this issue to the reception, no one repaired the air conditioning.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant are so very friendly that we were really pleased. All compliments! The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite clean, the wifi in the room is a bit poor at times, but they have their own wifi upstairs in the restaurant which works great. Our room didn't have a good view so we spent the evenings on the terrace, which has a beautiful view. Breakfast was solid, variety of food available, food in the restaurant not bad either. The restaurant manager is very friendly, greetings from Ljubljana to all the staff!

Hotel was so clean and room services well responded, breakfast was good.

Swimming pool supervisor refused to let me swim before I had to purchase from him a plastic head cap (cover) at an exaggerated price. Nobody had informed me before of this requirement.

Location was excellent, some really good shops and food places really close by.The staff were all very helpful and helped straight away with anything that needed doing.Breakfast had a nice variety of food that we enjoyed alot.The hotel was always neat and clean.Me and my family were very happy with the hotel overall,thankyou Darkhill you really made our holiday in Istanbul enjoyable.

the employees were very friendly, the hotel was less than one minute from a tram station that took you to Sulthanamat, and a 5 min walk from bigger metro stations that brought you everywhere! overall I really enjoyed my stay and would possibly come back hete next time I visit!

although the breakfast was great, I would have liked a little better coffee in the morning ;)! luckily the breakfast was nice, and you could get good coffee close-by.

Steam room not working

It was nice and clean. The tram is right outside the hotel so this was really good as we could around the city without having to pay for mini cabs.

We had a short 2 day trip so we were out and didn’t really use the hotel that much facilities. The swimming pool is not Muslim friendly meaning there is no modest dressing.
