Good facilities! Good location! Friendly staff, especially, the manager Saluck was so friendly and helpful 😃. The cherry on top thing about this hotel was the delicious breakfast 🍽️ 🥞 🍳 with a variety of options. Even you could enjoy freshly cooked pancake and omelette by the lady in the breakfast section. Besides, you can reach to the central area (Sultanahmet Blue Mosque 🕌 ,Hagia Sofia) with just a few minutes stroll while exploring the vibrant Grand Bazar of Istanbul 🇹🇷. However, if you wanna go by Tram or Metro train 🚇, the Tram and Metro stations are only a few steps away from the hotel. Highly recommended! 💯

The breakfast was fine, there was a buffet with salad options, bread and soup. I particularly liked the milk coffee! The location was central, just one street away from the Laleli tram/ light rail, which took us into the SultanAhmed historic centre with the Blue Mosque and Ayasofia/ Hagia Sofia. It was also within walking distance (20 minutes or so) to the centre.

The hotel room that we had opened onto the road, which my friend found to be rather noisy at night. While the breakfast was good, there was no other meal served; however, they were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and events to go to. We were there for 3 days but were only given water bottles for the first day; this may have been an oversight, and we did not ask for more being out most of the time and using the kettle where needed.

Very good location, in the center of european part of Istanbul (all sightseeing monuments are in range of 1 or 2km as well as T1 tram line, Maramay and Metro). Stuff was more than pleasant and helpful. My brother is in wheelchair. All technical issues connected with his condition Selçuk, Yavuz and Kenan solved, from geting in/out of lift, breakfast in bed, taxi calling, gave us all needed information. Breakfast was various and sufficient, pancakes were perfect. Internet very good. Rooms were clean, towels and bed sheets were changed daily.

Reception mentioned that hotel is not for person in wheelchair but I insisted. It definitly isn't. But all stuff helped us so we didin' have problems and we were functional after all.

Excellent location, quietness in the hotel and outside, good view of the sea from the hotel room window. Friendly hotel staff and its manager Mehmed and administrator Yavuz. Very good breakfast, prepared by chef Ozgur and cook Serpil, as well as special thanks to cook Nigar for delicious pancakes and hospitality. I really liked it.

The stay was amazing. Mr Kenan, Mr Selcuk and Mr Yavuz are true gentlemen, helped us a lot during the stay. Overall, the staff were friendly and ready to assist. Especially enjoyed the breakfast and turkish tea on the terrace with breathtaking view. The room was tidy and spacious enough for 3 people. The location of the hotel is great, it took us about 15-20 minute walk to get to Hagia Sophia

The hotel was very nice and clean. It is a little older but very well maintained and has an authentic feel to it. The staff was amazing and provided exceptional service from the minute we walked it. Special thanks to Yavuz for making us feel like we’re home and attending to our every need.

The staff were very friendly! We were greeted by Kemal when we arrived who was very kind and helpful as well as the rest of the team. The room was clean which really is most important. Breakfast was yummy as well. The location was perfect close to the centre, tram, metro which makes it easier to get around. Upon leaving we lost our purse the night before without realising until we were checking out and Rafik and the rest of the staff helped call the store and speak with the Taxi driver and we were able to get the purse and get to the airport on time. My mother in law came here previously and she recommended we go again, I would definitely come back. Thank you again Benler Otel team!

Staffs in Receiption are very helpful and informative, specially Mr. Seljuk always help and give all the required assistance, His hospitality is excellence. Thanks a-lot Mr. Seljuk for your great personal attitude performed. Location of Hotel is very close with tram station and Metro. Easy for mobilization. Also breakfast is good.

Everything was as per our expectations, but the price was a little bit high (100 Euro/night/double room). Personal was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was not so variated but enough. NOTE: If you travel by car, I strongly recommend to use the in house parking near Double Tree Hotel (vis-à-vis Benler Otel).

Although the hotel is clearly renovated, some of the features are visible old and just a bit "refurbished". The interior of the hotel looks old for the price asked.

The hotel is renovated outside and probably some rooms inside. But still missing some things. For example, in our room electric outlets didn't work. Also there was no lamps over the bed. In the bathroom there was no toilet brush. Strange ... I visit this hotel very often but this was first time to be like this. Hope this is because of the renovation and all will be back to normal soon.
