Elibol hotel has a very nice staff and employees. Akif and other employees are very helpful and ready to assist you with all of your needs, the room which I had on 5th floor was spacious enough and equipped with large double bed which was very comfortable and sofa which can also be used as convertible bed, it also has a nice balcony. The room and toilet were very clean and the staff kept it clean during my stay. Hotel is close to metro station, grand bazaar and Hagia Sophia.

However, as some other guests have already said, the soundproofing is non existant, and if you have some unconscionable guest or guests next to your room it can be hard to fall asleep in the evening. Breakfast was very poor, and didn’t have too much to offer.

The location is great, easy to access with public transport. The main attractions are really close to the hotel - The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Mosque, Gülhane Park - in max. 20 mins accessible by foot. The bed was really comfy, the staff was helpful and kind.

Although the room was fine and the bedsheets were clear, it was impossible not to see the lack of vacuum cleaning. :(

The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. They helped us throughout our trip by calling us cabs or calling people on our behalf for activities. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast could have been more varied. The window blinds did not close fully or were not wide enough.

The breakfast was excellent and suited to everyone, every day. The staff was super helpful with recommendations, and check-in. The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations.

In one of the rooms we booked, the flush/sink in the bathroom was leaking.

Hotel staff was so kind and made us feel very welcome. Also they were always available to help. Hotel is a cosy place to stay and everything is very clean, they clean the room everyday. During the night it can be a bit noisy outside. Great location, near public transport. The breakfast simple but good. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Friendly staff. The hotel is literally a 5 mins walk from all the main attractions . Really good value for money . Rooms are a little small and dark but u get what u pay for. I would defo stay here again I'm the future
