The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul and is very close to the shopping center and the Grand Bazaar, as well as close to Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed. The hotel is surrounded by a group of luxurious restaurants. The hotel is also located directly opposite public transportation, so you can move from one place to another easily. I cannot miss mentioning the management, represented by Mr. Ercan, for his warm reception and welcome.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We really like it here: good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good housekeeping. Special thanks to those guys at the reception who granted our request to put us in the room we wanted, in which we stayed two previous times. Thank you so much!!! You are best!!! We will stay at this hotel again.

Still poor WiFi in the hotel. Hotel owner, please solve this problem. Other than that, everything about the hotel is excellent and there are no complaints.

it was just close to the location where we do the treatment

The reception staff was not interested in helping us with a room even though we informed them that we were with a sick man under treatment. We had to wait 4 hours in the hotel lobby

Breakfast is good, fresh and tasty. You have everything you need for good breakfast to stay full for half of day. Nice and clean room with large windows and views of the sights. Helpful and attentive staff. 3 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop, and the nearest metro station is 8 minutes walk, which allows you to easily to get to any place in Istanbul.

..The hotel is very clean. Great location. Everything you need you will find in the room. Staff very friendly.. Breakfast was really nice. There is exchange currency office under the hotel and market and nice coffee shop just outside the hotel

The size of the room is really small.. They have apartments also.. For the same price of the rooms.. Better take the apartment which is much bigger and also very clean.

The staff are very helpful,location is the best u can walk to many attractions,breakfast was nice.i will recommend this hotel for families.

There was nothing to dislike but just WiFi connection get very poor when occupancy of hotel is full this might affect some customers.
