The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul and is very close to the shopping center and the Grand Bazaar, as well as close to Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed. The hotel is surrounded by a group of luxurious restaurants. The hotel is also located directly opposite public transportation, so you can move from one place to another easily. I cannot miss mentioning the management, represented by Mr. Ercan, for his warm reception and welcome.

I had a wonderful one-week stay at Istanbul Town Hotel, and I want to especially thank the manager, Ercan, for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable. His warm and attentive service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We really like it here: good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good housekeeping. I liked this hotel because it was very well positioned to the commercial area, tourist attractions , access to the metro nearby.

The hotel rooms were very small, there were no wardrobes, and we received the same breakfast every day.The hotel should have been rated 3 stars. Instead , it was a clean hotel, and the staff was friendly.

The reception staff was not interested in helping us with a room even though we informed them that we were with a sick man under treatment. We had to wait 4 hours in the hotel lobby

Breakfast is good, fresh and tasty. You have everything you need for good breakfast to stay full for half of day. Nice and clean room with large windows and views of the sights. Helpful and attentive staff. 3 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop, and the nearest metro station is 8 minutes walk, which allows you to easily to get to any place in Istanbul.
