If you want to explore the old town of Istanbul, the location of this hotel is excellent. You can access most of the tourist spots by jumping on the T1 tram. Different kinds of street food is about 50m away. A small supermarket is around the corner. Also worth mentioning is the money exchange shop right next door. Good price there and super convenient.

There is one room with a window towards the back side of the building. There the air ventilation pipes are attached to the wall, and creates low frequency noise that is unbearable. You can not sleep in that room and want to avoid it like a plague. We have to switch to another room with additional cost. The hotel staff knows the problem and this room should not be even sold at the first place. So make sure you avoid it when checking in.

Great hotel in a great place, close to the tram, grand bazaar, shops and restaurants. Very clean, refurbished and with a nice breakfast. The staff was very kind, friendly and gave us lots of information. They organised our transport from and to the airport with additional cost. Shinan at the reception was amazing, took an extra mile to make us feel welcomed. The bell boy and the front office manager, apologies I forgot their names, were great too. Thank you. We will definitely visit this lovely place and city again!

This hotel is located in the city center, right next to the Beyazit Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. Nearby is the Migros Jet shopping center, many bars, restaurants, many shops around, currency exchange offices. Good transportation by metro, buses. Walkable distance to the most of the Istambul city sights. By the registration you get small welcoming gift and a pleasant letter from hotel manager. The hotel has five floors, two elevators, a small Starbucks is located next to the reception, a spa center is in the basement, which offers paid services, massages. The best rooms are on the fifth floor, where there are balconies, from there you can see a great view of the city. Room cleaning every day, there is free safe box in the room, a small fridge, air conditioner, cable TV, offers a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The room is quite small, and the soundproofing could be better, very early in the morning you can hear the prayers from the nearby mosque loudly. Although the hotel has two elevators, we had to wait quite a long in the morning. The breakfast was disappointing, you can basically eat, but the choice is quite poor for a four-star hotel. We never understood whether it was possible to use at least some of the services of the spa center located below for free (eg. sauna, steam room etc.), because as soon as you go down to the -2 floor there is a reception desk, where the girls primarily offer paid services.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Istanbul, just a 5-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. With a T1 tram station right in front, guests have easy access to Istanbul's top attractions. The hotel offers a generous breakfast buffet, and there’s a cozy coffee shop on the ground floor serving Starbucks coffee. A perfect spot for exploring the city!

The hotel is located in a restricted area where only vehicles with special permission can enter. Upon arrival, we had to walk for a bit with our suitcases to reach the hotel, as our Uber taxi from the airport couldn’t access the area. However, there are Uber taxis with the necessary permission; when we needed to return to the airport, we ordered one through the app, and it arrived right at the hotel doors.

Me and my work mates recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delightful Turkish flavors that truly enhanced our experience. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the front office manager, Ereon. He was incredibly helpful, organizing taxis for us and assisting with any questions we had. His friendliness and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Ereon is an asset to the hotel and truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Special mention goes to Ömer, Nurettin & Erkan who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cleaning lady was equally delightful, always leaving our rooms impeccably clean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as complimentary water through room service and the delightful welcome treats including chocolates and fruits upon our arrival. For our taxi to the airport we had a turkish driver who couldn't speak English & was quite stressful but with the immidiate support from the hotel we made it to our flight, they helped us till the last minute ! The Hotel is central close to bazaar & Ayasofia, renovated & the sanitary is sparkling clean & modern. The breakfast is nice & designed for any taste.

I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel and it exceeded all expectations. The design is calming and perfect for travelers, creating an ideal sanctuary after a day of exploring. The cleanliness is impeccable, with every corner meticulously maintained. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, especially Front Office Manager Ercan, who warmly welcomed us and ensured our satisfaction. He provided us with one of the best rooms and made extending our stay seamless. The hotel's location is excellent, close to main attractions and shops like Laleli, Beyazit, and Haseki, making it easy to explore the area.

There was a problem with my reservation we were a family 4 people. we had to stay for two nights in a separated rooms. Many thanks to the reception staff Mr.Murad Mr.Erfan they solve the problem very shortly. The rooms were very clean, comfy, and quiet the bathroom was expcetionally clean. I liked that the hotel was really close to the public transports (tram line), between beyazit and laleli university tram stations. Breakfast was very good Many thanks to all the staff for their good manners and behaviour.All of them were very cooperative.... If i will come again to istanbul again with my family...I am defenitely going to stay in this hotel

The hotel has a very good position as it is near to main attractions as Topkapi,Grand Bazaar,Hagia Sophia,Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern.The hotel staff was amazing and they also have a little Starbucks coffee shop with a a large selection of drinks.If you are looking for somewhere nice to stay wich is also close to attractions you should give it a try,if we are ever again back in Istanbul we will choose this hotel again.

Our desk manager Ercan and the other assistants were eager to help and very friendly . We loved our balcony ! They organized a dinner cruise for us that was really nice . I also recommend the boat , it had beautiful sights and entertainment , though the cruise food was just ok and the shuttle bus got pretty warm . Bus driver was 100 % excellent in that bizarre traffic . We took the Airport Metro to and from the Hotel . It was an easy lovely walk with our hand baggage from the Veznicular /University stop . Lots of luggage could be a pain in the subways , take a taxi .

The breakfast was good , not great compared to the others on this trip . Our awesome room had many light switches . Two controlled the maid service and do not disturb indicators . We did not notice that till the last day . They are low so we didn't read them and are bedside , we were tuning them on and off trying to turn on the room lights not knowing . that could be marked better for the less travelled and dummy's like us .lol . Also more USB charging spots would make the room perfect . We loved everything else and will be our first choice when we come back !
