Three star hotel not four. The room is small, the fridge in the room does not work, the lighting in the room and bathroom is weak. Wi-Fi signal poor on the sixth floor.

The place was mostly clean. The breakfast was nice. The lobby bar coffee and drinks were decent.

The SPA and pool have additional costs not mentioned in the offer. The access to the Eminonu district is limited between 10:00 and 21:00. I was not able to get close to the hotel with my car.

The experience was exceptional 😃 Everything was perfect starting from the early check in which I requested earlier ☺️ They were very friendly and the hosting spirit was amazing The room was comfy and clean comfy bed. The breakfast had many choices of delicious food and many kinds which meet. Different tastes and cultures ,the restaurant was clean as well. The front office personal was very cooperative we asked for late check out and to leave the luggage and they were very gentle. They offered hot drinks like coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24hours with smiling face I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul

The room we stayed in was pretty clean. The hotel staff were more than friendly, always willing to help. Coffee and tea at the bar in the lobby are free for guests, it was a nice gesture for people like me who love their morning and evening coffee. Breakfast buffet was more than ok with plenty of meals to choose.

The cleaning staff did a fantastic job—my room was spotless and well-maintained. The customer service overall was outstanding. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The morning view from the café was stunning, offering a beautiful sea view that made my stay even more enjoyable. There’s no way I could give this hotel less than five stars! I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Once again, thank you to Mr. Ali and the entire team for making my stay memorable!

We had a short trip with family. The hotel is located in a great location, super close to shopping streets, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque - all within a 15 min walk. All staff members are very professional and friendly. We had an issue first with a room which was close to the bar and my baby daughter couldn't sleep, but as soon as I informed staff - we were immediately moved to a more suitable room. I also wanted to note, that hotel's breakfast is super delicious, lots of choice from cereals to meats and omelettes, different salads, sweets, drinks. ☺️ We will definitely be going only to this hotel when in Istanbul, definitely recommend it to everyone 👍

The location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Free tea and coffee was also a plus. Excellent breakfast.

The swimming pool was closed for first 3 days. When it opened, there was an extra charge to use the swimming pool and spa facilities.
