My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great with a lot of choice and lovely tasting food and our room was comfortable and clean. The location is great and close to the old town (you can walk to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc) with a tram station and metro close by. We also booked the Hammam experience with a massage at the hotel spa and it was wonderful, so relaxing! I would definitely recommend booking a treatment there. My partners birthday coincided with our stay and hotel staff left a beautiful cake and cupcakes in our room with a note which was so thoughtful!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Beyazıt Hotel. The hotel was perfect in every sense, it felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was breakfast, which was a real Turkish breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. It was served on the 7th floor rooftop restaurant, offering a stunning view of Marmara — an amazing way to start the day! Staff were incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of Yusra, Sezer, and Akif, along with the rest of the team whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. They were always ready to assist with directions, restaurant tips, and transportation guidance. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Grand Bazaar, underground and tram stations, making it super easy to explore Istanbul. Area felt safe even at night, which was actually one of my biggest sensitivities while choosing the accommodation. But despite the central location, it was quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. Lobby bar is a nice touch where you can enjoy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I highly recommend trying Turkish coffee there! Big thank you to the hotel team for paying attention to my dust allergy, my room was cleaned daily, and I felt very comfortable. Also, as someone sensitive to smoke, I was relieved to find the hotel that is non-smoking. Highly recommended — I will definitely stay here again!

Review of Grand Beyazıt Hotel, Istanbul During our stay at the Grand Beyazıt Hotel in Istanbul, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Yusra, who provided us with excellent assistance. The hotel is ideally located in the Sultanahmet district, within walking distance of major attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topkapi Palace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served on a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful; Yusra and her colleagues were always available to assist us and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hotel’s proximity to public transportation, such as the Beyazıt tram stop, made it easy to explore the rest of the city. Overall, our stay at the Grand Beyazıt Hotel was very pleasant, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Yusra and the team. Highly recommended!

Hi It was one of the best hotels we chose for our travels. The breakfast they give was amazing and staff is helpful for anything we ask for. Yousra was very friendly with us and made sure she greets us every morning when we arrive at the breakfast area. She helped us with lot of information. Facility is really good and it’s close to many iconic places. Walking distance to grand bazar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque. And the Tram line is just 50 meters away. Restaurants are all around. Every single staff within the hotel, this was my fourth visit. Each time I have stayed at a different hotel, I have not experienced this sort of amazing 💯% satisfaction level of service. Not seen one single member of staff being unhappy or unhelpful. Every day even when not requested rooms were cleaned. All the staff during breakfast were amazing and even on the reception i would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Best of all is when you don’t expect breakfast because you are waiting in reception 6:00am for your return airport taxi and breakfast doesn’t starts till 7:30 and so without even requesting for anything, the nice gentleman at the reception provided us with breakfast on the go, he saw I went out and purchased something to eat from outside and he just asked if we would like to have something made to take with us and when you least expect something and now that is above and beyond a true service.

The only drawback I would have to mention is how the toilet is situated within the shower cubicle, in a tightly spaced area. That is the only thing which lets this hotel down.

As I’m in a wheelchair , i liked the room that it’s adapted for wheelchair , the room it’s big and u have space to move around easy there are 1 big bed and 2 single beds, the bathroom it’s adapted and even the cabin shower don’t have a chair mounted on wall ( I believe it’s not possible to mount on the wall ) they will give a shower chair . I hope this info will be helpful for wheelchairs need ! The area around the hotel is on a slope, but there is not much to climb until you reach where it is ok, and from there it is a little bit to go the tram, if u are strong on arms or u are with some one to help you u can manage to go up and down in this area ! The staff are very friendly and they help u with your needs , and the breakfast are very nice , I enjoyed ,thank u !

The location right in the heart of the Old City within walking distance of most of the major attractions and must-see sites was a major factor. We were also most grateful for the upgrade from an Economy Double (these are very small) to the Standard Double was a huge bonus and transformed our 10 night stay. The staff were amazing from housekeeping - Nergiz on Floor 2 was always cheerful and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. Yousra in the restaurant with her bright smile and helpful advice on things to see and do during our stay and a very special mention for Feruza on the Front Desk for whom nothing was too much trouble, you are all wonderful ambassadors to a fantastic hotel.

The bar in the hotel was woefully under stocked with simple things like tonic water unavailable. For international travellers this sort of thing counts, but overall it wasn't a major issue for us.

Very satisfied! Very friendly staff! They were very accomodating for every request we had. Great location, just few minutes away from T1 tram line, that takes you everywhere in city. Breakfast was very good, and they had big variety of food every day. View from breakfast room was spectacular, overlooking see and ships. They gave us a room overloking the sea (same as breakfast room), it was amazing. We could see the ships in sea from the bed. Very nice experiance! Recommend.
