The location is excellent (around 5 mins to walk to tramway, 10 mins to Metro), you have groceries' shops around, restaurants and other clothes and souvenirs shops. The room was clean: towels were changed everyday; toiletries, water, coffee and tea were refilled if emptied. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, hair dryer, clean linens and MOST IMPORTANT for Istanbul: soundproof windows and walls. Also, the hotel has an elevator and the hotel staff was really friendly.

Not really something to complain about, but I would have appreciated if the everyday cleaning paid more attention to floors. The breakfast was a little monotonous (but the ingredients were fresh and alltogether provided all you need for a good start of the day). Also, something the room would need for a better sleep: curtains that cover the whole window, not just a part of it.

Serai Hotel is a very beautiful,cozy and comfortable place. We spent a week there and were absolutely satisfied. The location of the hotel is perfect,near to the tram,so we could get to any place of the city easily. The rooms are clean,the breakfast is tasty,and of course the workers are very careful,kind and ready to help and explain any of your questions. We are already looking forward to go to this beautiful place next year again

We stayed in the hotel in late May 2024. The hotel is in central location where most of the things including restaurants and famous attractions are on walking distance. There is also a supermarket nearby. Tram station is 5 to 10 minutes walk. The rooms are a bit small but it was very clean & comfortable and sufficient for a couple and a child. Washroom was also very clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Hotel room housekeeping was done on a daily basis. Bottled water was available in the lifts or from reception for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with food heating up and iron was also available on request. AC, fridge and locker was also fitted in the room. There were enough sockets to charge multiple things. WiFi speed was also very good. We totally recommend this hotel due to very friendly and helpful staff, central location and value for money.

Hotel location is on a slope but it didn't bother us as it was just 5 minutes walk uphill towards the main road.

I had a lovely 3-night stay at Serai Hotel Istanbul. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, especially Mr. Deniz. He is such a gentleman,always attentive, polite, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. he took care of everything with genuine warmth and professionalism.. breakfast menu is also very nice. Highly recommended!

Everything was ok, the staff was friendly, the room was cleaned every day, and we were always provided with water and tea. For us, it wasn't a big issue, but we noticed other people commenting on the traffic noise and the hotel's location on a slope, which is true, but it didn't bother us at all. The location is very close to the tram and major attractions and restaurants, which helped us a lot. We will gladly return

The room was a bit small

I liked how the staff would assist us if we had any issues. The location was superb and really close to the Istanbul Tram we is easy to get around the area. The area was extremely safe, we walked late hours if the night and had no issues.

I'm not the biggest fan of cold / cool breakfast. Would suggest maybe a warmer for certain food.

Great room for a short stay. It’s not super spacious but for a solo traveller with a big suitcase I did just fine. It would’ve been a struggle for two people with big suitcases. It’s in a great location to walk around Istanbul but be aware that some taxi drivers might try to make you pay a fee for driving into the area. The staff were lovely and will always provide you with water and good service.

Depends on the room. I'm a light sleeper, the first room was a bit noisy and cramped. I asked to change the room, and the next day I was able to move to another, more spacious and quiet one. I appreciate that.

Everything was perfect💯 I want to thank the staff who were very kind and helpful Berat Emre and Ferhat. The room was calm,neat and clean. The bed was very confortable. The breakfast was very good too. We have enjoyed everyday of our star. And Coffee and cookies 🍪 are free all Day long.

In real life the room is pretty the same you expect to see based on photos. I knew it will be small but turned out I was not prepared to it to be small. Overall cozy but may be uncomfortable for two persons. Just one chair, tiny table. Just keep it in mind

The first night was practically without sleep, cause the neighbor room was occupied by some business guy. He talked a lot on phone (and I could even hear the other person). Later he had numerous visitors and again loud phone calls till 3am. So the point is: be ready that the sound insulation is absent. But the street outside was unexpectedly calm in night hours.
