Could improve on the breakfast menu since it was the same every day. The food was great but it was the same menu every day..

Well location is excellent with lots of facilities . Near to all such as grand bazaar , Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia,

Room was not clean.litters, used plastic bags were still in the drawers when we checked in. We stayed for 6 days nobody came to clean the bathroom even though we requested . Curtains were not blackouts. When we are on holidays we expect to sleep until late. Check in staff were very helpful especially Abdul Razaak.

Location.

The breakfast is poor. It was weri good, some years earlier, but now i can not tell good things about it. We always ask them for a french bed by booking, they confirm, but they newer give us. When we ask them at the check in about it, they always say: tomorow, and nest morning we have to move! We stayed there usually twice a year. But now was the last. They speak english, some of them in hungarian to, but when I ask them to make a bill (invoice) they did not understand. In a past I could recomend, but now I do not!

nothing - terrible place - definitely avoid it

almost everything was wrong with this place - first night they put me in a tiny rooftop like room, it was cold, had no space to move, no proper curtain (see the photo), which was not what was advertised on booking.com, plus had terrible argument in the middle of the night with an extremely rude almost illeterate night receptionist - there is single elevator that is occupied most of the time to carry dirty laundry, you have no option other than taking the stairs to climb up all the way to the fifth floor - the facility is in a very noisy environment, right by a very crowded avenue - they have thin walls, so you hear everything next door - in early morning the place gets extra noisy due to all that chair pulling, chit chatting in the breakfast saloon - never ever again - learned my lesson, will pay some more, and avoid such horrendous places.

We Missed breakfast

No Water facility, Room was stinking and very compact rooms. Not even drinking water is free. No hot water in bathroom. No English speaking staff
