Very good location. Wonderfull mattress and pillows. Two extra pillows are a huge advantage, especially for people with back problems. We slept well, which is very important when traveling. We also liked the bathroom set: shampoos and shower gels are of good quality and smell nice. Everything is new in the hotel, that adds extra comfort. And of, course, the team, from manager to the cleaners, exceeded our expectations. Very helpful, always smiling and pleasant in communication

Hotel is new so there were some minor issues that sometimes appear after renovation. But the staff quickly fixed the problems and were always ready to help. The little things didn't spoil our vacation.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of April and had an absolutely perfect experience. The location is amazing – just a 3-minute walk to the tram station and only about 10 minutes to the metro. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and the Grand Bazaar is literally right across the street. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful mosque that looked incredible both during the day and when lit up at night. The room itself was spotless, modern, and furnished with what looked like brand-new furniture. The staff truly made our stay special. They were incredibly helpful and always available via WhatsApp, even before our trip began. The gentleman working the morning shift spoke perfect English and was so kind and informative, offering great tips about Istanbul. The afternoon and evening staff were also very friendly and helpful – while their English wasn't quite as strong, communication was never a problem. If I had to mention anything less than perfect, it would be that the refrigerator in the room was a bit loud, and the walls were a little thin. One night, the neighboring room had their TV on quite loud, which could be an issue for light sleepers. That said, overall, this was a fantastic hotel and we would happily

The room and bathroom are really great, very comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer etc. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is very close to the grand bazar (3 minutes by walk).

We arrived with the pre-booked shuttle at 1am, we understood that we had to pay for it at the hotel but the front desk staff came knocking at our door at 1.30am asking for money for the shuttle. This maybe could have wait the next day. (We ended up paying for it at checkout so it seems like the night staff wasn’t aware of the process).

Very friendly staff you can have a good conversation and laugh with, room is always kept clean and supplied with everything you need. Very nice shower too best location in istanbul you can wish for, eventho i didnt use it because i traveled alone they also have an airport taxi service.

When I was there i sometimes woke up from the call of prayer from the mosque next door, however that is something you should expect and be fine with if you come to a city like istanbul and respect the culture there, so really this is no complaint from me, but just a warning to someone who wouldnt be fine with it.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the Bazar and shops, and not far from the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at this hotel. My room was spotless and fresh, with every detail carefully attended to. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Nice room with a lovely view, air conditioner was good at heating up the room quickly when it got a bit chilly (we stayed at the beginning of February), location was great, and a nice receptionist helped us with our bags upon check-in. I think the value for money is still really good even without breakfast.

The drain in the shower was clogged so water wasn’t draining well, the electrical plug in the bathroom was completely out of the wall with wires visible and the bed was too soft but that’s a personal preference I guess.

I went to Istanbul with my 76-year-old mother. I had to think about the steep slopes, so I couldn’t just book any hotel. XLoft was perfect for us, both for older and younger people. Everything was close by—we just crossed the street and were at the Grand Bazaar, restaurants, and shops. We also visited the big mosques, and it was amazing. My mother is so happy she could fulfill her dream trip. Everyone at XLoft was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect.

Super friendly staff. Can’t find a hotel with better staff.. Omar who used to be there in the morning - was extremely courteous and helpful - welcomes me like a friend - gave me converter and answered everything - and the person at night at the reception was also super helpful (I do not remember his name but thank you brother)- even giving his jacket to me so I could walk outside for dinner .. Great location - right behind grand bazaar and by tram line … small simple and nice place - very much in budget

The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel being new , all the linen was new and the housekeeping team kept the place clean. The location of the hotel was super - next to the grand bazar, surrounded by shops and a walking distance to the train station. The view from my window was also breathtaking taking

It didn't have a restaurant - yer so it meant that for my meals I had to go outside the hotel

Value, friendly, helpful, comfortable, clean, well located. We will definitely stay there again when we come. The room was a nice size for 2 people. There was a safe. Place to hang up clothes. Great view of Betazit mosque. Nice hair dryer.

Only one little issue with the smell coming from the drain. My partner fashioned a gooseneck out of a plastic water bottle under the basin and there was no problem from then on.
