Our breakfast experience was very good. The selection of food was fairly good and widespread. The service of the staff was attentive. Azim, the customer relations officer, was always around and talking to guests. He was very friendly and a pleasant source fo information.The bedrooms were decently sized. There was one main restaurant in the hotel priced at european prices. But the food was nice. But the hotel new the variety

The spa centre was only open between 11am and 7.30pm. This meant that we were unable to use the spa facilities after spending a whole day out sightseeing. The hotel may want to review the timing of the spa. My recommendation would be to have a tiered solution for eg 10-12 and then 5-10pm. Just a suggestion.

The hotel provides excellent services overall; however, there is a serious issue with the restaurant they recommend. Radisson seems to have a partnership with Galata Orfoz Balik, a tourist trap. The food is of poor quality, the service is dreadful, and the prices are exorbitant. Avoid this restaurant to save yourself a disappointing dining experience.

The location is excellent, very close to the tram stop to Sultanahmet and walking distance to key landmarks in the area. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés too. Staff is very welcoming and absolutely helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday, the air conditioning is a plus on hot days. The food at the restaurant is very good and the rooftop’s view is wonderful, great place to watch the sunset.

Minor issues: water was not provided daily in the room, we had to request it a couple of times. However, there are water bottles available at the lobby. Also, rooms are not entirely sound proof so we could hear our neighbours. No big deal though.

Location is excellent for the old city visitors and very accessible for public transport. the best part of our 6 nights visit was he staff of the hotel. Very well trained and let you feel special. Specially at reception Miss. Sudenaz Buyukyazici was very proffessinal and helped us right from the check-in and all the way in 6 days. bell boys and supervisors are very helpful in guidance and arranging any local assistance. Salute to the management and their training skills.

The room size and its bit noisy. The sound isolation is not good as you can hear next door guest while they are watching TV or talking. Which is not for privacy point of view.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, just about 15–20 minutes away from key attractions like the Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque, which made sightseeing really convenient. We booked connecting rooms, which worked perfectly for us as we were traveling with our children (aged 17 and 11). Both the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, which we really appreciated. A special mention to the reception staff—they were absolutely fantastic. One lovely lady went out of her way to help us book a hamam and massage for the whole family on very short notice, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service in a convenient location.

The only downside was the swimming pool hours (11am to 7pm). Since we were out sightseeing most of the day, we only got to use the pool twice. It would’ve been great if the hours were extended into the evening.

Great location & I personally loved the spa amenities. Breakfast was nice. The rooftop resteraunt was a fantastic experience, with an awesome view. I invited a local Fri who was astounded. The massage therapist Ayu was amazing. I had a stiff neck and she did wonders, I went back for another treatment at the end of my week long stay.

I arrived on a late flight at 1 am. I got the impression that reception really didn't want to engage beyond the basics and that additional questions I had were not welcome . Overall, the decor is a bit dated and the whole place needs a splash of paint. My shower kept clogging up, and the sides needed some waterproof sealants. They should encourage people to opt out of everyday cleaning/ towel change .. but ensure they are topped up with water and coffee... which I kept having to chase for. Once I asked the cleaning lady she did get housekeeping to pop by with the requested items.

Another memorable and amazing stay at my top favorite hotel in Istanbul. Excellent location, a short walk to the Beyazit tram station and the Grand Bazar. There are numerous cafés and restaurants within a very short walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the terrace was fantastic, so many options to choose from. The most important thing about this hotel is the very efficient and attentive staff. Can't thank them enough for their effort to make our stay so wonderful. The front desk personnel were always very attentive and prompt in helping us. . My heartfelt thanks to Yagiz for helping us sort a bank.related issue with so much patience and care. Special thanks to Yalcin Kaya for his kind gesture in arranging the transport to airport for us. Thanks to Cengizhan Hazar for being so attentive . It is these people who made our visit to Istanbul such a happy and memorable one. Will definitely come back soon..

Stayed in different hotels when there weren't available rooms, but always coming back to Radisson. My favourite room is 503. In last year service improved to the higher level, and housekeeping is doing a great job. Well done! Rooms cleanliness up to the standard! Rooms set up absolutely brilliant: soft and comfy bed, new linen, nice smell in the room, toiletries and amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, white fluffy towels, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, TV with different channel. Hotel corridors bright, carpet and walls spotless. Room service always delivers amazing service during breakfast time in the restaurant or dinner set up in the room. Reception staff are very professional, kind, respectful, and helpful, always smiling. You can feel "WELCOME " from the first step only in Radisson! Beautiful lobby with seasonal fresh flowers, fruits, detox water, and still water, so delicious turkish coffee you can drink while waiting for taxi. Public toilet clean and tidy ALWAYS! Spa and swimming pool - daughter's favourite place. 10 from 10! Guest Relations keeping everything under the control and any issues will be sorted in a few seconds! Staff very helpful, warm, friendly, polite. The room was clean and met or needs. Bathroom was good. The room had a fridge, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, safe, free wifi and good breakfast. Everything you'd need. The hotel has a roof top restaurant which was lovely. Great views of the city. The location is great for all the major sites - they're in walking distance and the tram is super close which is very convenient to either not walk to the sites as well as access to the the ferries and other parts of the city which are a bit further - like Galata Tower.

There's a lot of street noise. Some of the rooms face an inner courtyard - they are probably quieter, they seemed to be the bigger family (3 bed rooms). Our room was on a main street - a lot of deliveries through the night on the Thurs that we arrived. Other nights were quieter. And Istanbul is a noisy city anyway - so not sure how any of the hotels deal with that!!

All in all, it was a very nice stay. • Great location • Very helpful staff • Amazing view from the balcony and very quiet/ no outside noise • 24/7 room service was good • Nice breakfast (but too expensive)

• The walls are very thin—you can hear everything from your neighbors. •Some room service prices were too high; it felt like a rip-off (e.g., one beer cost €11). • The street was closed due to construction (not the hotel’s fault), so our airport driver had to drop us off farther away, and we had to walk with our luggage.
