Staff is really nice and welcoming, generally I would say the prices of the hotel are still affordable compared to how much the prices raised in Istanbul

The first night we got a room at the first floor, there was literally no light or illumination, seemed like night forever, we asked to change and the next day we got a brighter room on the second floor!

Great location near tramway, breakfast was good, varied and fresh. Rooms and whole interior were clean and pleasant. Staff were helpful and attentive.

An initial wrong room assignment for the first night, but we were satisfied with their solution to let us have a suite for the rest of our stay. Hoping this won't happen again as we would consider to come back again in a future trip :).

My room was clean, and well decorated. As it was an economy room there was no wardrobe just hanging space on the wall. The TV had English speaking news channels, the air conditioning was efficient. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Breakfast was Turkish so lots of eggs, salad and bread. There was ample for a hearty breakfast. It is situated in Food Street with lots of restaurants and a Burger King right outside. At the top of the street is the tram station to all the tourist spots a few stops away. Behind the tram station is the entrance to the Grand Bazzar. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. It is definitely great value for money.

It could get noisy at night with the noise from tge street. The room is in need of a long mirror maybe on the back of the bathroom door.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the Grand Bazar and restaurants. The Tram is only 4 minutes walk away. It takes you Sultanamet's main square which has the Red and Blue mosques, Cistern and other attractions nearby. There is only a very slight up hill walk from the hotel to the tram. The rooms are nicely furnished and the Suite rooms are a good size to have a pre-dinner drink. The Breakfast is excellent but mainly vegetarian. Staff very friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Nothing from the Hotel but it is situated in an area which has very small streets so there could be roads blocked by trade vehicles so leave plenty of time to get to the airport on your return journey.

It was in Fatih/sultanhament, historical centre, about 10 ki away from Cisterne Basilica, and 15-20 min away by foot from hagia sophia and topkapi It was clean and had showwer supplies, air conditioner and breakfast was included in the price The staff was very kind There was a shop nearby for water, juice, etc All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

What l didn't like is a matter of personal taste, others may not find it relevant I found the breakfast a little bit poor, but basic, as l am.used to continental breakfast. Secondly, the sink from the bathroom was sooooo small :( Thirdly, l am.used in having different towels for hair/face and body. Here for a couple was only one towel for face and 2 towels for body. The small face/hand towel was never changed during the stay Lastly, we had a little problem when we arrived. The driver and us had a different gls.location on Google Maps, different from the real one and we circled for an hour in the neighbourhood, being hard without lnternet. We found it, but l do not know if it was a problem from.the driver, from us, or.for the pin of the hotel for Google Maps which may need to be checked

The hotel was in a good location, close to grand bazar and other places we wanted to visit. Rooms very clean, fresh towels every day. The kitchen staff is very friendly, they made me Turkish coffee every morning.

The guys at the reception made me feel like I was in bazar. Not very professional.

The hotel's staff are their best asset - they know how to make guests feeling special andvattend to their needs. Thanks guys, I appreciate all of you. They also helped with organising transport, arrangements fornlocal tours etc. The hotel is well locted, close to public transport and major tourist attractions e.g. Grand Bazaar. Coffee, tea, cooldrinks, water and toiletries as well as breakfast were extras that made the stay convenient. I stayed in a standard room.

There are a few things that need attention: • Shower glass doors were not clean. • The bed was not the most comfortable I have slep on - a much needed investment to keep up the good standard of this little gem boutique hotel. • Cups were not cleaned/replaced as what one would expect at a boutique hotel. All in all very good value for money ! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The people running this place know what they're doing, from the receptionists to the girls serving breakfast or the cleaning staff. Great experience, great memories.

Interior is awesome

No mineral water given in the room. When I request staff at front counter give to us but with the some kind faced. For 2nd days also not provide mineral water and just pick up the rubbish without tady the room. So disappointed

Great location! Just a 5 min walk away from the Grand Bazaar, and 15mins to the Sultanahmet area where the Hagia Sophia is. Better still the tram is 5 mins away, making it very easy to travel across the city. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

The room was a little too small for my friend and I but it wasn't a major issue, we still managed to make it work! Would definitely book a slightly bigger room or even separate rooms when travelling with friends next time.
