great host, good facilities, and a convenient location

After conducting research, I chose this place as our destination. Throughout my stay at the hotel, I received exceptional service from the moment I arrived until I left. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Mehmet for his great hospitality. A person who is very focused and attentive I would say. Thank you for guiding me to the laundry and pharmacy too. Also, Lota, the cleaning lady she cleaned my room every single day when it came to cleaning the toilet and taking out the trash. The hotel's prime location, along with its clean and comfortable rooms and top-notch facilities makes it a big plus. All the major attractions are within walking distance, and there are self-service laundry, supermarkets, pharmacies, and great restaurants nearby too! I highly recommend it, I would definitely stay there again next time.

Good location! Had a lot of small stores and restaurants around the area. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us in the hotel and anything else we needed.

Just a quick little stay in Istanbul for me, so I only booked a short visit. The place I chose was such a sweet little apart hotel – really charming! My room even had its own kitchen, which was a lovely bonus. Everything in the kitchen was nice and clean, and how thoughtful of them to leave some coffee and tea for me! They even gave complimentary water, which was so appreciated, especially since I arrived late at night and found a bottle waiting for me on the table. It was great knowing they had a 24-hour reception. Mehmet was so helpful and took such good care of me. He even arranged a taxi for me in the morning – so kind! The location was just perfect, right in the heart of everything! I could easily walk to the Grand Bazaar and the Beyazıt tram stop in just five minutes. And the rooms? Spotlessly CLEAN! Thank you so much for everything! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great stay! 😊 Perfect place for students – affordable, and the location was amazing. Just a short walk to the tram stop and right under the Grand Bazaar, so we could walk almost everywhere. The host was super kind and even gave us a better room than we booked.

The only small downside was that we stayed on the top floor, and it seemed like the bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation – sometimes there was a bit of a smell. But it wasn’t a big problem, we could air it out easily.

We rented 2 apartments rooms for our family of 6 people. Amazing owners- genuinely nice people and always a pleasant smile. Extremely friendly. As for the property, excellent location, excellent rooms and facilities. Very clean and tidy. Felt like home. Rooms serviced daily and whenever needed. I would highly recommend staying here as you will be felt welcomed. Thank you once again to the owners

Everything was good

My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep. I appreciated the modern amenities, including a high-definition TV, and fast Wi-Fi, The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful stay.

For the value and time I spent, the hotel was magnificent. The room had all whats in your need, good beds TV and a kitchen with: cooking stove, fridge, kettle, microwave,plates and utensils, also tee and coffee sachets. The cleaning lady was also great, she stocked the towels and cleaned the room perfectly every day. Staff where also available to questions and help Might return in future

All around great, no bad to say

First of all, huge thanks to the host Mehmet, who provided everything for us and constantly checked to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is excellent and very affordable, everything is very close and a few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia. The price is affordable and great for the location. I recommend it to everyone! If you want best host, Mehmet's accommodation is for you!

Thanks to the staff’s guidance, I was able to find the place right away. The staff were also very responsive and genuinely helpful.The room looked just like the photos — no complaints at all.

The room was cleaned without my permission while I was away, which I was not comfortable with. I prefer that no one enters the room during my stay. After sunset, the area in front of the hotel gets very dark and a bit scary. I think it would be a good idea to install a light above the entrance door.
