I had a wonderful time during my stay at Enderun Hotel in Istanbul during July - August 2025. From the moment we arrived the team out stood with kindness, professionalism and their genuinely helpful attitude. The hotel itself was immaculate - 100% clean and beautifully maintained thanks to the cleaning team especially Dila who went above and beyond every single day. We would come back to a room that’s absolutely tidy, spotless and restocked with all complimentary items. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-designed, has two air conditioners, and great for two people. It would be IDEAL for a small family (parents and a child). Breakfast was pretty good as well, plenty of traditional Turkish breakfast options to choose from. The location was absolutely perfect, 5 minutes from Grand Bazaar, 25 minutes walk from Sultanahmet and 5 minutes from Beyazit tram station. It’s situated in a calm but lively neighborhood, giving you the best of both peace and convenience. Overall, our experience was great, every -literally every- member of the team was so helpful and kind. They are amazingly responsive on booking.com and they answer all of your questions really quickly. Would totally recommend this hotel and definitely come back. We loved everything about our stay – thank you to the entire Enderun Hotel team for making our trip so memorable!

Amazing location, walking distance to major attractions. Beautifully decorated hotel, room was comfortable and warm. All staff extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - especially Osman in reception who went out of his way to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend including breakfast - super varied including traditional Turkish mezze style options! Everything was delicious and fresh. The outside area is beautiful and I can imagine it would be even more so during warmer months. Reception also offered us a late checkout. Overall super pleased with the stay, all facilities were up to standard, definitely good value for money and hospitality was second to none. 5 stars :) ☆☆☆☆☆

Extremely nice and helpful staff, good location, good breakfast (not the sale food each day - and everything was very delicious). We received an upgraded room for free (they had one empty and our comfort was very important to the staff). We felt like prince and princess among these beautiful furnitures. I am really helpful - and would definitely recommend this place. When we go again, i will choose this hotel again.

Hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff is definitely a big plus. It was a pleasure to meet them every day. :) The hotel's location is very close to the tram stop (Beyazit stop) and the best sights. At the same time, the hotel is away from the city's noise (you can sleep peacefully at night). The neighbourhood is safe, so you can go for a walk late at night. There is a supermarket nearby (Show supermarket). Considering that this was my first visit to Istanbul and I wanted to explore the city, so I'm glad I didn't choose Taksim this time because it's crowded with tourists/restaurants. Everything depends on the purpose of your visit. :) I recommend this hotel!

Everything was absolutely fantastic, staff amazing and friendly from reception to cleaners and kitchen staff. They organised airport transfer bought way and all excursions what we ask .

The hotel has excellent location in historical centre ,close to everything and a lot of cafe and restaurant around issue to found place for dinner

The location is right in the historical center, next to food street with great options. The hotel manager Iskender was extremely helpful. He prepared sandwiches for us before our early flight. The breakfast was served in the garden, really great variety and delicious.

Was like staying in old style hotel. High ceiling and chandeliers. Breakfast included and delicious. Short walk to metro and nice walk to Blue Mosque. Clean and staff very accommodating and very helpful

location, decor, staff friendliness, VERY comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!!! Staff even loaned us a metro card so we could travel around the city. Iksander, Baran, Osman, Semih were exceptional staff, very helpful and knowledgable about the city.

The hotel is well located and clean. The bedding is of good quality. During our stay, we encountered a problem beyond the hotel's control, and the staff was very attentive and responsive to our request. I would like to particularly thank Iskender who helped us much.

We had a fabulous stay at the Enderun Hotel. I had a few issues with trips after I arrived, however, these were dealt with swiftly and impeccably by the staff who were incredibly kind and helpful. We felt very well looked after. In fact, I would go so far as to say, that I had the best service of any hotel I have stayed in. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an atmospheric old building with a lovely breakfast area in a warm, glass dome outside (we visited in March and it was very cosy). The breakfast is a yummy spread of cheeses, salads and hot-cooked food. The rooms are comfortable and clean and there is a jacuzzi and sauna downstairs. The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and all the main attractions of the Old Town are within walking distance. Recommended.
