The best part was it’s location. It is just a walkable distance from grand bazar area , tram and metro stop. In fact you can see all the major attraction by walking otherwise take the tram. The other most prominent quality of the hotel is their staffs. We rarely came across so helpful staffs at reception. Ugur in reception was simply exceptionally helpful. He always maintained the prompt response in whattsapp and helped whenever was needed. He was a gem to the hotel.Samer, the other was also very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel has a beautiful terrace from where you can have nice view of the sea.

They don’t have lift. They should start breakfast in that beautiful terrace

Absolutely amazed by the level of cleanliness. Breakfast is yummy with traditional turkish tea and cakes, cheeses and other essentials on a cozy rooftop terrace with a lovely view. Very nice air conditioning in the room. Clean modern bathroom. Room is airy and sunny with nice decor, comfy bed, fridge, wardrobe and vanity. Secure door locks in the entrance of the building and room made us feel very safe. View from our room was lovely, facing the sea where you can spot a lot of cool boats at the port. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Also lots of cute cats in the neighborhood! Our stay was very comfortable and we had a great time ❤️🇹🇷

Internet was very slow unfortunately. No elevator but that is understandable. Cleaning is free but you have to request it (not really a drawback in my opinion because it means more privacy). Bathroom doesn't have a lot of counter space but there is shelves in the mirror and under the sink. AC unit a tiny bit noisy but not a problem for sleeping.

Staff was accommodating, he did not speak too much english but it was enough to please us changing the heater to a/c. According to him, the entire building has to be either in heater or a/c. We were a group and had 3 bedrooms here, all rooms were impeccable. He took care of all bags and deliver them to the rooms because there is no elevator. It is close to the main things we were visiting like: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi.

If you are staying in a higher level, stairs can be a little tiring. The area is not the very best, but it is still safe. We believe it is located in a developing area where eventually will be many more small hotels like this one.

We loved this hotel. It was in the perfect location to explore the historic sites. The staff/owners were really friendly and helpful, plus the room was clean and comfortable. Finally, the terrace is beautiful and offers a great view. We would absolutely stay here again. You won't find a better place for this price range.

Next time I visit, i would consider staying on the Asian side as I've now seen the historic sites but if I'm on the european side then I'll stay at the Verseca without a doubt.

The hotels staff/owners were very nice and helpfull. The place is newly renowated. The cabin on top of the roof is incredibly nice, the view from there is fantastic. You can work or relax there. The toilet was a bit small, but thats ok

Unfortunately there was a hammering sound going on from around 7:30-8 a.m. to around 8 p.m. It was not very loud but it was very persistent and therefore maddening. If you plan to spend some time in the room - it is really hard to get used to this sound.

I had a wonderful stay at Verseca Hotel in Istanbul! The location is perfect — close to everything (shops, restaurants, tramway station). The comfort/price ratio is excellent, making it a great value for money. A special thanks to the super friendly and attentive personnel who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone I had accidentally left in the hotel after checkout. Their kindness and efficiency made my trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Clean and cozy. Room had 2 single beds and 1 twin. Room is small but was well organized. Very clean. Enough space for clothes. AC works as expected. Staff is very polite and helpful. They speak in russian and english. Location is very convenient, many shops and groceries around. Walking distance (around 8-10min) to blue mosque. Train station as well very close. But be prepared to walk up the hills. Hotel is located in shoe neighborhood, so sometimes you will feel the smell of glue.

It would have been nice if there was a small shoe rack in the room. Breakfast on the fifth floor without elevator. Very loud entrance door in the hallway.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean room, great aircon, and a charming small balcony. But the best part was the rooftop overlooking the Sea of Marmara. The view is spectacular, and having breakfast there every morning while sipping Turkish tea was the highlight of our stay. The T1 tram station is a short walk away, so great connectivity. Can also walk to Sultanahmet area from here. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The breakfast lady always greeted us with a smile. And after checking out, the owner generously offered to drop us off at the metro station since it was a hot day. Extremely impressed with the overall hospitality :)

The hotel is on a steep road in an industrial area. Taxis drop you at the bottom, and the tram station is also uphill. We appreciated the workout, but those with young kids or mobility issues might not. The area in general is not the best, and very few people are around at night. On the good side, the area is away from the touristy centre, so food in the nearby restaurants is pretty affordable.

The stuff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. We booked a room with sea-view and it was nice. The terrace was also good and clean. The room we stayed in had a really good AC. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, kinda avarge hotel. To stay over at nights.

The breakfast was 6/10. It could have better options. No coffee for example. The nieghborhood is not super clean, and the hotel located uphill. However, we could absolutly stay there again.
