It is much better than what you pay for. I have not come accross so far (during the busy summer season) a better value for the money. The rooms are good size, nicely furnished, comfortable bed, fully air conditined, privacy curtains, hot and cold water with no issues. I have also tried the 'horrible' basement room that everybody likes to talk about. Depending on which site you book with, it should provide a decent option for the money. It has all the facilities, the same as all the other rooms but looks gloomy because of the high window and a little smell of mould. If for some reason you are not happy with it, then the staff will offer you alternatives.

Basement coridor was used as a storage.

The propety was at a great location in terms of transportation, markets, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and the place was clean!

The location can be a little hard to reach without a taxi if you have heavy luggage.

a bit noisy, but I guess it's the general problem in the city (traffic + muezzins early in the morning). better keep your windows closed.
