Location was great near all delicious food and gift shops with much better price that bazar! apartment is not big and does not have elevator but has a very cozy and relax terrace .the staff are great the manager and (Medhat)Demo are extremely helpfull I loved everything about our stay.we had all we needed.

We like the place a lot, there are many pros and almost no cons about this apartment. It is suited quite central. Perfect place for a touristic visit. The apartment has all the needed equipment, a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and a washing machine. A shower cabin is big. It was really warm although the weather outside was quite chilly. For a warmer season there is also an AC, although we didn't try it. Also, it was nice to live in an apartment, but also to have a late reception and a room service (the reception is in the building across the street, the building is painted the same white-purple color). There is a street full of nice restaurants one block down from the hotel.

For some people can be important to know, that the way to the tram street is few minutes up by a steep street. Also, there is no elevator in the building. Other than that we found no minuses, everything was really cool!

The staff was very polite and kind. They helped us with everything we need. The apartment was clean and there was tea and coffee provided. The location was close to all the major tourist attractions in Sultanahmet.

The location of the hotel is downhill of the major tourist attractions, so be prepared to climb up a steep street on your way there. It was alright for us but perhaps not for small children or the elderly. The rooms were quite small and cramped.

Good location, quiet for Istanbul , Nice Host , great we could leave our bags as had a late flight . Room we had booked had some issue with guest not leaving , so had to have not yet renovated one. Apartment a bit tired and on third floor( Host carried our bags up which was great ) but very comfortable . New Furniture was nice . Good shower , hot water .Given a 12 percent discount . Near lots of restaurants and small supermarkets . Good view from top of building . Very good value for money .

As a family this was a very good choice. The location is amazing because you are in the heart of it all. The area is quiet at night and early mornings yet you have supermarkets and restaurants and shops just few meters away. If you wish to tour Istanbul you can walk to every sightseeing. Cucuk Sofia is just down the road, Aya Sofia and the blue Mosque 10 mins walk. The host, Vefa was in touch with us upon confirmation of the booking via whatsapp. He organized the transfers from and to the airport (suggested! As istanbul airport is very hectic, traffic is real and price is fair). Vefa is extremely available and reliable nonetheless he was there to greet us despite the midnight check in. The apartment isnt big so if you are planning to be out most of the day it's fine otherwise if you have kids it could be challenging! Remember this is the old town, so structures are old, unless you go to expensive hotels you cant expect on point renovation. Sofabed and bed were comfortable enough, the tv wasnt working but vefa helped us resetting the channels. There is Wifi. The kitchen has a kettle with tea and cofee, a washing mashine, a fridge, microwave and basic dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a big shower, toilet with turkish bidet (water hose in the toilet which i find extremely smart and useful). Basic toiletries were available and there is an old hairdryer. Fresh towels were provided every time we requested our room to be cleaned. It was a good value.

Suggestions: As mentioned the old town comes with perks. Be mindfull there is a long steep hill to climb to get to the main street. If you have strollers or difficulty in walking this part of town is a challenge. Also because of the old buildings finding an elevator isnt easy. Despite the tv and wifi there wasnt netflix or any on demand app on tv. Having a washing machine i would suggest to have laundry detergent available for guests, we havent found any, but it was an easy fix thanks to the supermarkets 5 mins away. The shower can use some renovation, everything works, it is just old. The apartment was spotless on check in however when we requested cleaning the cleaning staff just provided clean towels.

The location was very convenient for walking to most major sightseeing activities plus there were plenty of restaurants/cafes within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood felt safe, even at night. There was a washing machine in the apartment which was a bonus when travelling. The manager was always available by WhatsApp to answer questions or if there was a problem.

Perhaps they could add some hooks/rails for hanging in bathroom & bedroom & add small bedside tables. Kitchen is not well-stocked if you're planning to cook meals. More basic utensils are needed & it would be really helpful if basic condiments were provided like salt & pepper & cooking oil (they did provide salt).

‏We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped in every way and we didn't lack anything. They came to clean every day and changed the sheets and towels. The hotel is very close to the most popular tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and Eminonu. You don't need to ride anything to get to these places, you can walk for 10 minutes. But the hotel is located on a slope so it was a bit difficult to walk towards the main streets.

The only negative thing was the way the airport taxi driver was. First of all, he only speaks Turkish so it was very difficult to communicate with him. He was very rude unfortunately and when we arrived at the airport he started swearing in Turkish because I didn't say thank you (my sister understands a little Turkish so I understood what he said).

An excellent location (bearing in mind steep hills), about ten minutes' walk from all the main sites, in a quiet and non-tourist, unpretentious neighbourhood. Close to normal supermarkets and shops. Comfortable and clean: bins emptied daily and towels changed frequently. Good heating and hot water in cold weather, good bathroom, washing machine and adequate kitchen facilities. Perfect size and good value for two people for a longish stay.

Very little to cause any problem. The apartment is a good size for two people, but would probably seem small for a larger group. The lighting is rather dim at night and would be improved by having a desk or reading light in the living room. Two of the plug sockets need repair. Kitchen was adequate, but a little basic (hob, kettle and microwave) and there could have been more kitchen implements, glassware, plates and cutlery etc.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was very peaceful and quiet at night and I slept really well. I really liked the roof terrace and it was close to restaurants, shops, tram stations and most major attractions were in walking distance. The staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel arranged a transfer for me, which was over an hour late, although the hotel owner apologised a lot and got some money taken off the total for the transfers for me. There was some miscommunication about cash / card payments which resulted in me frantically running to an ATM five minutes before my return transfer picked me up, but otherwise very good!
