Very nice breakfast buffet proposed on the top roof terrasse, nice view over Marmara sea and princes island , coffee tea and homemade baking, cooking proposed. Service from staff was really nice, and even seeing her cooking buffet dishes. Air conditioning on room was perfect and so much needed after very hot day outside sightseeing city. We had a very nice evening talk with the owner and very please to discuss and know a bit more local. Location is very good, 5min walk from Tramway Line 1, which keep us perfectly located to go from airport bus stop (aksaray) to Kabatas (ferry to Asia), and cover all touristic area.

Would have like a proper fruit juice at breakfast, but this is really to say something here... Stay was very pleasant.

There was no balcony in the room. We had an incident with some missing items.

Breakfast was very tasty, the lady preparing it kind and helpful.The upper terrace with the Marmara view was awsome. The room was clean , towels changed every day. Location near to Grand Bazaar, but on opposite side of main street, on a descending slope. Airport tranfer offered for 50 euro.

The smell in the room was bad, due to insufficient ventilation. Also coming from pipes in the bathroom, despite the recent renovation( visually, bathroom was looking nice, but the water pipes were not efficient closed with water barrier to avoid spreading smell).

The location is superb, with just 5 mins walk to Blue Mosque. We travelled with a large family of 10, with two kids and many luggage. The owner was very accomodating and helped us throughout. Breakfast was amazing as everything is fresh, plus you can walk up to the top floor where the view is breathtaking! When we checked out, once again the owner went the extra mile and helped us book a 12-sester van that fit all of us with our many luggage to the Airport, and the price was very reasonable. I would definetely recommend anyone who will be visiting Istanbul to check out this place. Also, they will be operating another new Aparthotel nearby, and you should consider this if you’re looking for an even bigger space! Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The breakfast was delightful — a rich and varied selection that catered to all tastes. There were cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs prepared in different styles, as well as coffee, tea, and a variety of juices. Truly something for everyone to enjoy! Because, hotel is in the old town, there was a little bit of noise in the morning but that is to be expected in this part of Istanbul.

Small hotel with excellent location if you want historic area as your base. Exceptionally clean room although some may feel it’s a bit small in their standard double (room 501), but it has a large separate area to lay out open luggage. Shower great, AC great. Housekeeping daily and with a smile. Top floor breakfast area has great view of water. Food is adequate selection and quality to which friendly server was on hand to make eggs to order. Unlimited coffee. Lobby staff named Mart was very helpful and friendly. Helped me with luggage upon arrival and with 4:00 am wake up call and escort to taxi. Hotel is around corner from Diamond laundry. Good hotel price.

Proximity to all the main tourist attractions, beautiful view from the terrace, extremely friendly & helpful staff in regard to any questions/inquiries to be addressed. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were cleaned daily on time. Airport shuttle service was easy to locate and a comfortable ride.

The hotel is cozy, with not so many rooms and it makes you feel at home. Room comes with AC and it was clean and comfortable. Good pillows and complimentary water.The staff is AMAZING: the owner, the receptionist Mert, Sabrina and the lady at the breakfast were all very helpful kind and always open for a chat or a tea! Felt like being at friends home. The eggs always freshly cooked by demand and the fried cheese rolls where superb.breakfast is very good with fresh vegetables and fruits, mostly salty dishes served. The location of the hotel is just perfect, walking distance from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar. There are plenty of nice restaurants or corner places where to grab something to eat. I recommend the restaurant next door for evening Çay. A special thank to everyone, keep going! If we’re coming back to Istanbul this will be our hotel of choice. Good value for money.

Nothing, maybe just a tiny little thing as I’m Italian I’m picky with the coffee and wasn’t the best but that’s not a big deal. They have amazing çay freshly made.

If u like the place which cozy, comfortable, and staff which will look after you - this is the place. Surrounding of the hotel has beautiful small cafeterias, culture value and cats to distress you. Special people in the staff who made my stay comfortable are Yusuf, Mert, Dilyara and Sabrina. In today fast-paced world u need time and the place to think and relax. Choose this place - u will enjoy your holiday. If u need anything special - request to the property and they will find the way to arrange it. I am definitely coming back to this property. Hope my review helps people who needs a break from stressful life style in Istambul this hotel is worth it.

Everything was simple and perfect. I liked everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at City Hall and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and made me feel right at home. The breakfast lady dilara was so welcoming and was extremely nice, the view from the breakfast room was amazing, but one thing that couldve made it all better was if some fans were added, because it got hot to a certain point. The room itself was spacious for what seemed to be small, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were soft. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottled water and the high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hotel was amazing. But what really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. For instance the hotel staff Fadel and Mert was so welcoming aswell as respectful, and always available to answer any questions.
