Best location, very close to all historical sites. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very kind staff, especially Mr. Muhsin helping with everything like airport transfers, SIM cards with data, organizing tours/spa visit. Few minutes walking to Grand bazaar and Sultanahmet square, exchange offices, there are many restaurants just around the hotel, even shop with beer/wine and other kinds of beverages. We definitely recommend.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. Location in the heart of the old city of Sultanahmet. Sights of this part of the city within a radius of 250 meters to 500 meters. There are several tourist offices nearby that offer a wide range of excursions. 2 pharmacies with Russian-speaking pharmacists. Since we were there for only two days, we managed to have dinner in two delicious restaurants. One Turkish with national dishes, specializing in meat - very tasty lamb at a reasonable price and cheese pide. There are many locals in the restaurant, which always speaks of quality. Unfortunately, I did not remember the name, if you walk from the hotel 200 meters to the left at the corner of a small square. And the second restaurant 7 mile in the INNOA hotel on a chic terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. Modern cuisine with a Turkish twist, quite high level, the price tag is above average. The hotel is small but very cozy. The room has modern furniture, a tea station and cleaning accessories. Every day they left two bottles of drinking water. Cleaning is very thorough. Towels were changed daily. No foreign smells. Excellent water pressure. Breakfast is good, there are several hot dishes and many cold snacks. I would like to note that all the products are fresh. There are fruits. The staff was VERY friendly, they were ready to answer and help any of our questions or requests. Especially Muhsin and his colleague, who was on duty on the day of our departure. When leaving, a hotel employee helped carry our things to a taxi, since many hotels in this part of the city are difficult to access. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel and take a room with a terrace and a view of the Bosphorus.

Small size of standard room.

What a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were delighted to receive our room early, subject to availability, which made our arrival even more pleasant. As soon as we stepped into the room, we were greeted by a spotless and beautifully arranged space with lovely aesthetics. One of the most delightful surprises was the impeccable cleanliness—every afternoon, we returned to find our beds neatly made, the room sparkling clean, and even our pajamas thoughtfully folded! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to enjoy each morning. But what truly made our stay special was the kindness and warmth of the staff—they made us feel right at home with their professionalism and genuine hospitality. A big thumbs up to this hotel! You are a shining example that even a small three-star hotel can provide an exceptional experience when passion and dedication are at the heart of the service. I will most definitely return!

Everything was perfect !!

The location of the property was ideal - a few minutes walk to the closest tram station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning - a good variety of Turkish options!! We appreciated the two bottles of water being replaced every day. The air-con in the room was a great respite from the scorching heat outside!

The room was a lot smaller than we anticipated. The cupboard space was extremely awkward, especially if you had long dresses that needed hanging.

Very good location. It's in a lively neighbourhood surrounding bars and restaurants. It's also a short walk from the Çemberlitaş station so it's easy to take the tram. You can also walk to the usual attractions like Hagia Sofya and Topkapi Palace. For the room, it's as described. A bit small but it didn't really bother us. People with bigger luggages might have a hard time moving around. It's equipped with the usual amenities. Staff was great. Everyone was nice and friendly. They cleaned our rooms and replenished amenities everyday. They also helped us with airport transfers. Breakfast was great. They serve Turkish food and it was delicious. It can be a bit more varied, since it's almost the same everyday. Still enjoyed it though.

Bathroom can benefit from a little more cleaning. While the outside noise can be blocked by closing the windows, we had problems with the next door rooms. You can hear other guests making noise as late as 3AM. This isn't the hotel's fault fully, but the walls are so thin we can hear the neighbour's conversations clearly. Can be fixed by wearing noise cancelling earbuds, but just a heads up for future guests.

I had a really pleasant stay. Let’s start from the hotel, it’s clean and new renovated. The staff is so friendly. Fuat, Anil and Munsin were extremely helpful and happy to assist you. The breakfast was fine, we had it only two times. Not big selection but was good. The best thing is the location. You are near everything. Especially near to Grand Bazaar. Metro and TRAM everything is nearby. Next to the hotel they have a bar, I want to give all my greetings and my love to the waiter MOHAMED who was amazing. Truly the best person we have met in Istanbul. Thank you for your service. For the price was everything as it should be. Cleaning as it should be and all the experience in total. I recommend it. I’d come again.

The room it was smaller than what we expected , but if you stay for a week is fine. You don’t have enough space for you luggages or things. Some things for improvement are the following: The breakfast to be hotter. Put a bedside table next to the bed for convenience. As in the bathroom, we had nowhere to hang the towels, where to place the shampoos, and in the sink for the toothbrushes. I took a glass from the room and put them in there. On the other hand, everything else was completely satisfactory.

The location is excellent because is less than 10min walking from main attractions (Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Basilica Cistern, etc), there are many shops, currency exchange offices, etc. The staff are very welcoming from the reception to the housekeeping. The internet signal was great, so if you are in a vacation/business trip it’s a really great option! Weather was cold but rooms were warm and cozy. The housekeeping ladies were very kind and always did a good job (with the daily cleaning, restocking room amenities -bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar) as well as the bathroom.

We booked 1 room with twin beds… but it was 2 beds (1 king + 1 single), so we didn’t have space to keep the suitcases opened, however it has a good sized wardrobe for clothes plus there was a safety box). There was 1 night we didn’t have water since the evening until to 4am… but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault… and water came back as expected. Another thing is that rooms are not soundproof… as we could hear other people talking from the room next door or when they pass by the door. And the last thing… (although for the majority of guests it’s not a problem) but me as a muslim, I was expecting to have a shattaf (bidet shower) in the bathroom…

I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. I’d have given it 3 if it weren’t for the staff. The hotel looks recently renovated, and the central location was a plus. The tram station is conveniently close, making it easy to explore the area using tram, metro, or ferry. The staff were polite, friendly, and respectful. The manager kindly accommodated our request for twin beds instead of a single when we arrived. They cleaned our room every day except the last, and there were no bed bugs. When we reported a drainage issue, they quickly fixed it and appreciated our feedback. Overall, this hotel is affordable, and despite a few minor issues, we had a pleasant stay.

The shower cabin had some dirty corners, and the street could be noisy some nights, although other nights were quiet. We experienced some slamming doors at night, which was a bit disruptive, but we didn’t mention it since we weren’t sure who was responsible. Breakfast wasn’t great, so we opted to eat at cafes in different neighborhoods. It would’ve been nice to have the option to skip breakfast altogether. Additionally, the elevator was out of service on some days, which might be an issue for guests with disabilities.

Location of the hotel is really very convenient, close to main attractions and also tram stop, which is very practical to travel to some sights by tram The staff is very helpful. Helped us a lot with information on sightseeing, also booking transfers and excursions. Breakfast was quite good In the room there is a kettle to make tea or coffee There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in this area

The room and bathroom for 4 is quite small. We stayed only 2 nights, so it was bearable, but if you stay longer, it will not be convenient
