Splendid position, near to the tram station Ceberlitas, the most important Istanbul highlights (AyaSofia. Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern etc), the grand Bazaar, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Very safe neighborhood Very kind stuff

Nice location, all the sights are in walking range! There are a bunch of restaurants and shops around (although they are expensive compared to the normal prices) Room service, cleaning everyday. Friendly staff, 0-24 reception. Toiletries, 2in1 coffee and turkish teabags for everyday. Air conditioner. Overall good service for the price. If you want to stay in Sultanahmet I recommend this hotel.

The economy rooms are in the basement floor, so our room didn't have a window at all. The TV isn't smart, and sometimes there was no signal for hours. (By the way this was a problem in all of the hotels where we stayed, so maybe this is normal in Turkey.)

The cleanliness of the entire property, including the rooms and common areas, was outstanding. The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt very welcoming and safe. Everything was well-organized, and I felt truly at home during my 8-night stay.

Honestly, nothing. I was fully satisfied with every aspect of the stay.

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful - offering coffee while checking in or waiting for my taxi, carried bags to room and taxi , great location situated between the Blue Mosque area and the Grand Bazaar area

small thing - nice that they offer tea and coffee in the room, but coffee mugs would be a little more comfortable than paper cups

Location was great and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room and specially toilet was not cleaned the 4 nights we were at the hotel. Only towels were changed. A 5 year old can make a bed better. Housekeeping staff can do better!

Fantastic location within walking distance to most historic locations. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit dated but not as bad as some of the previous reviews state. There is new AC that works very well, the shower is powerful and good temperature control. The walls and roof had some old stains, the bed sheets also had some small old stains but were clearly washed. Plenty of furniture in the room like cupboards and a dresser. Not super flash hotel but more than good enough for a few days with a good price and fantastic location. We didn’t have any overt issues.

Could use some renovations on the cleaning side - new wall paint/wall paper, new mirrors (stains on the mirrors) and new sheets as these were stained from previous usage. There are some older stains on the bathroom roof potentially some mould - this would be good to clean and refurbish. With some more investment in the cleaning and some small renovations this hotel would be a 10/10

The location is really good. We could go out for a walk in the morning and come back to rest a little before going out again. That wouldn't have been possible if we had stayed far away from the center. Really well located.

Rooms are never cleaned enough during your stay, they only make your bed and change your towels but they don’t sweep or clean around the room which is usually expected after you come back from a day. It’s important to read the type of room you’re booking. They specifically say “no window room”

The staff specially Muhammad. He was very accommodating and pleasing from the time of our arrival to our check out. Saedi, too, was pleasant. The location is perfect. We were not expecting that the location is at the center of the old city where you have all the food choices available from early morning to late hours at night. The main tourist attractions are walking distance. It was very easy to locate our hotel. We were also upgraded to a bigger room with a window without us requesting. Thank you so much.

We were charged more than 100TL when we ate at their bistro. It could have been a mistake by the waiter or cashier. I asked to verify if they have tax or service charge. They only charge 10% service charge. So when I did the Math, the amount charged to my credit card was more than the total. I was not able to raise it to the bistro because the waiter was out. But he was there while I was inquiring of their SC.

The staff were very helpful and friendly which made a great difference as the hotel was our home away from home for nearly a month. The staff was organised and hard-working. The restaurant had great meals. It was nice to sit outside and eat al fresco which is not possible in most other hotels.

The breakfast could have been improved with hot milk available for cereal. Hardly any fruit was available, just slices of oranges or apples. The juice was not fresh, just cordial, yet freshly squeezed orange and pomegranate juice is really cheap in Istanbul. Also, the breakfast room was a bit too small especially once the weather became colder and no one wanted to sit outside.
