The location was amazing, with touristic attractions like the grand bazaar, blue mosque, hagia sofia and topkapi palace all in walking distance. This was very convenient! Also the tram station is nearby and you can take a bus from (IST) airport at floor -2 to the center for about €6 per person. There is also a supermarket nearby called SHOW where you can buy everything you need. I also really want to recommend the restaurant Mivan, which is a 5 minute walk from the property. Their lasagna was amazing, and the meat as well. The staff was amazing, they helped us warm up the leftover food from the restaurant several times. Overall really enjoyed the stay!

We stayed on the ground floor close to the reception which meant that we heard people entering and leaving until late at night. The room was not very sound-proof, so that was a pity. Also the beds were a too firm and could definitely use a topper. Other than that I don’t have anything negative to add.

This hotel is well located, about a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mosque area and a stone's throw from the main T1 tram. There is no end of choices for restaurants of every level all around. The room was quite reasonably priced and in line with others in the area. It was clean and comfortable, however we felt misled about the "balcony" as it was a 6-inch deep opening out the window and not the sitting area we were looking for. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and salads. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby to grab snacks and beverages. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We were specifically looking for a small balcony or terrace where we could relax after a day of sightseeing and felt the Juliet balcony was misrepresented. There was a huge mattress in the hall outside our door for our entire stay, and the cleaner kept locking our bathroom door so we'd have to have front desk staff come in and open it. These few things kept us from giving a 10 rating

The hotel is in a very good location, all the main attractions are in walking distance, during the 7 days I spent there, I very rarely used public transportation. But even when I did, the strategic T1 tram stop is just about 3 minutes walk. The hotel itself was nice and tidy, the staff was friendly, my room was clean. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

On the head part of the bed there was an electric socket, it was quite dangerous. Fortunately there were more than enough pillows to cover it, but it should at least have a lid. The walls are also quite thin, so I could even hear the neighbour's snoring. Fortunately I am not easy to be disturbed by sounds, so for me this was fine.

We had a fantastic stay at the Deluxe New Port Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Their politeness and willingness to assist were evident throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and exactly what we expected, providing a comfortable space to unwind. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff truly went above and beyond to enhance our experience. They helped us book tickets to the bus station and provided excellent recommendations for local tourist hotspots. They also assisted us in booking tours, ensuring we made the most of our time in the area. Additionally, their help with currency exchange and arranging transportation was greatly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend the Deluxe New Port Hotel. It was an enjoyable stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Our stay at Deluxe Newport Hotel - Old City was absolutely wonderful! Although the hotel is small, it offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are not very large, but they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay enjoyable. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its amazing staff. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The location is fantastic—just an 8-minute walk to Hagia Sophia and only 2 minutes from the tram station, making it super convenient to explore Istanbul’s Old City and beyond. We were a group of five people staying in two separate rooms, and everything was great. The overall experience was amazing, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located, and welcoming place to stay in Istanbul!

The bathroom could use some renovating, and the breakfast selection could be more diverse, but overall, it didn't take away from the great experience.

Welcoming staff, excellent location! Some historical spots are just walking distance away from the hotel. Also the hotel is close to public transport for traveling to other areas that you might want to visit. It is a very good value for money. Everything in the room is as in the pictures. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty and abundant. Muhamed, the recepsionist was very polite and helpful for each request that we made. We asked to leave or luggage at the reception for some time after check out and he immediately accepted.

The best thing about the hotel is its staff. Ismail and Ferhat were very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on where to have good food for good value as well as where to do good shopping. All the hotel staff is very friendly and kind. Cleanliness was perfect. Beds aren't big but they are very comfortable. The air conditioner was working perfectly. Location is excellent, you literally have whatever you wish in max 10 mins walking distance including shops, different types of transportation, restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions and many more. A fantastic experience for great value!

The only little issue is the construction of the streets in this area but this has nothing to do with the hotel. It will take some time to be fixed however the hotel itself is great.

Some things in our room were broken, the fridge was dirty and the air conditioning wasn't strong enough. BUT the worst things were the plug and light sockets which were behind our pillows on the beds This meant we kept switching the lights on in our sleep.😠

It was at a very good price considering we needed to only be there to sleep mainly. The staff were very polite and friendly always saying hello and happy to help which is nice. Location was in a good spot and easy walking distance to many places

The room was slightly smaller than the pic shown. So even though we were there to sleep it was a bit tight for the three of us. The tv wasn’t working, and the breakfast was very basic

Thank you very much to ERDAL for making my stay enjoyable. Nasser and Carlos were also very pleasant. The hotel is great value for money. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good although the temperature fluctuates. I stayed for 6 days, the room was cleaned everyday, linens were changed and new towels were always supplied. The location is just a stone-throw away from Cemberlitas Tram Station, although on a downhill slope. It can be a dark when going home at night, so be ready with your flashlight just to be safe.

There is a construction site just right beside the hotel. Be ready for a daytime noise of pounding and drilling.
