Everything was just perfect : ideally located, a 10 minutes walk from Agia Sophia and 5 minutes from the famous Grand Bazaar, very clean rooms with excellent showers, excellent mattress, excellent breakfast (I tried a delicious Turkish meal of sauté vegetables - just super). From my experience of travels - that i have had enough - you can’t find better for this moderate price! I also recommend to order the transfer with the hotel, because it’s safe and very comfortable. Above all I’d like to underline how friendly is the staff : I arrived for the New Year with my small dog that got seriously injured on an escalator in the airport, the receptionist of the hotel immediately found where was located a 24/7 pet hospital, he tried to get an Uber for me, and since we couldn’t get any car (in Istanbul it’s difficult to get a taxi), one of the personnel, Ramazan, volunteered to accompany me to the pet hospital that was about 10 tram stops away! There were dozens of people with their pets, he stayed all the time, translated, helped, carried my doggy, and on the way back helped to buy what I needed.. I will never forget how these people helped me.

Nice and clean hotel.

We ordered taxi through the hotel and the driver charged us extra 50 liras for crossing the tunnel. I’m not sure whether it was true, because I didn’t see any cameras or any equipments around the tunnel that would charge the driver and also in the hotel we were told that the fix price was 35 euros to the airport. Anyway, it’s not about money, it’s about inconvenience and unpleasant situation that me and my little son had with a driver. I think the staff of the hotel should improve the agreement with the drivers.

Room was cozy and comfortable. Location is very close to the tram-station and historical sites. Hotel concierge were very friendly and helpful.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. The stay was great.

The staffs even went up and beyond to ensure our comfort and gave a free upgrade which was very much appreciated. Facilities were good, adequate tables and chairs for us to eat our takeaways, they also provide a lift to higher floors which was useful as we were travelling with elderly too. Location is nearby tram station, grocery shops, beauty shops, turkish delights, ice cream and so much more. I would consider staying at this place again the next time I am in Istanbul.

Best location in that area - close to places of interest, tram, supermarket, all sorts of restaurants and fast food - and on a quiet street! Clean, fresh modern design, nice furniture, noiseless elevator. Rooms with windows are great. Very welcoming staff, appreciated the hospitality.

There are rooms with small window opening in some shaft - which is not ok for a week stay but not a problem for one night. So better doublecheck with the hotel if the street view window room is available beforehand. And I think that rooms with no actual window should be categorized separately while booking so travellers could make their choice knowingly.

Excellent location only 10mins walk from the Blue Mosque, 2mins to the main tram line, very central surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very clean and new facilities. Owners/staff were amazing and very accommodating. I arrived on the overnight bus so was very tired. Was just taking a seat after lugging bags and someone checked out so they had the room cleaned straight away and let me check in really early and have breakfast. Was very nice of them. Comfy bed, nice hot shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom, TV but no English channels. Aircon and heating works well. Kettle and coffee/tea and fridge in room.

I gave a 9/10 because there was no blanket so I couldn’t sleep very well. I kept switching between heating and aircon trying to get the right temp without a blanket but sadly I couldn’t. Would be a 10/10 if they had blankets. I don’t know why so many hotels do this now?!

We are traveling to Istanbul quite often and this is the best hotel we manage to find so far in Sultan Ahmet area. The hotel is located on a quiet street, just two minutes away from Cemberlitas tram station. Very good position. The hotel room is spacious enough, with a very luxurious and large bathroom. Our room was cleaned everyday, and even the slippers were changed during our stay. Very nice and polite staff. We really enjoyed this hotel and we will book again in the future. Thank you very much!

The hotel is very well located, walking distance (10-15 min) to most of the spots you have to visit in Istanbul and with a tram station at 2 min walking which is very convenient after several days walking. There is a supermarket very close and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is good too. The room and bathroom exactly as described, fully renovated, and the bed is very confortable as well. It's true that at least in my room, the window was fake (going to a wall), however if you really need darkness to sleep (as it is my case), I think you'll find it quite convenient, especially if you spend the day visiting outside.

Clean, lots of drinking water, good location, friendly staff.

No breakfast, only a 24/7 cafe. Some of the rooms have somewhat dangerous diagonal celings. Some of the single rooms do not have a window, only a lit up ventilation vent. Quality of ventilation depends on the floor, the higher the better. Make sure to book a double room, if available.

Rooms were nice and clean, air conditioning was amazing and the staff was great and helpful. The guys at reception went out of their way to help with the issues we had. Also, most of them speak English, which is great as well! On top of that, the location was quite nice, very close to Grand Bazaar.

The only problems we faced were the Internet connection for the TV (not overall, as it's quite good) and the printer at the reception, as we needed some documents printed urgently and it wasn't fast😁😁 also, keep in mind that the streets are quite narrow and hard to get to, so when you get a taxi, please order in advance because some drivers can barely get to the hotel's location!
