I had an excellent experience at the Golden Crown Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming specially amazing person Melisa thank you for all your hard work and help. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with all the amenities my family needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service in the dining area was outstanding. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

We had a three-bedroom family sea view suite at the hotel, and everything was excellent. The staff were extremely professional and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, especially like to thank Sanjaya, Monika & Faheem@kitchen for going above and beyond to help & took care of us during our stay – truly outstanding service! The kitchen staff were equally amazing – always helpful, attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The kitchen team deserves a huge appreciation for their delicious food and top-notch hospitality. My Whole family enjoyed hotel pools have to shout-out hospitality & lifeguard team were attentive & keeping everyone happy & safe. Highly recommend and would love to return! The biggest USP of this hotel is the location. There are at least 10-15 touristic places you can cover by foot. Also there is a tram station just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and a huge shout out to Melisa and Yilmaz. The accommodated my special requests with a smile. We all loved the stay, there was something special about this stay which I can't express in words. But then if I'm gonna visit Turkey the next time, the hotel is surely gonna be the Golden Crown Hotel.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger, but then may be it was only me who got a smaller room. But it is decent enough, so no complaints.

Located at the core of main Istambul's attractions, At 3 minutes walk from main avenue and tramway stations. Within walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, the Egyptian Bazaar and many more. Hotel staff are very helpful and kind. Excellent Turkish style breakfast. Large room and good bed. Reliable wifi connection.

Complicated to arrive if you need to get by car/taxi at the door, because the narrow streets in this area are prone to traffic jams. AC outlets located at odd places. Good natural light in the room, but with no view to the city.

Excellent, safe location in beautiful part of the city (most major attractions within walking distance, and also close to tram stop for connecting with rest of the city), good value, and great variety of freshly prepared breakfast options, including authentic Turkish dishes. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel's restaurant at street level should reduce music volume at night as could be heard from 1st floor rooms.

It was a great stay. Although the room and bathroom were a bit small, they were still nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. I found the hotel manager especially impressive — polite, fluent in English, and extremely supportive. It’s rare to see so many good qualities in one person. Likewise, the housekeeper, Sakina, was cheerful and helpful. Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable!

I stayed here for 4D3N and it was comfortable overall. The room is slightly small and is comfortable and relatively clean. Toilet is clean and spacious enough. We got breakfast each morning and the food choices is good enough to make you full in the morning. The location is pretty central and near to the T1 tram line. Staffs were helpful towards any inquiry.

Albeit being located pretty central to the main tourist attractions, you’d have to do a lot of hiking up and down the cobblestone road which can be a bit of a hassle if you’re carrying multiple luggage or if you’re traveling with elders. The hotel is located near to several other hotels and shops/restaurants and it can get pretty noisy at night and early morning so if you’re sensitive to noise, just be aware of that.

We arrived around 10 am, and we were greeted by the incredibly kind receptionist, Zeynep, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only did she graciously allow us to check in early, but she also extended the hospitality by inviting us to enjoy breakfast and surprised us with a room upgrade! The hotel's location is superb, as it's conveniently close to iconic attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, with easy access to the tram. With such exceptional service and a prime location, your stay here is bound to be nothing short of fantastic. You're guaranteed to cherish every moment!

The staff were lovely, especially at breakfast, and including Nurhak at the desk. This is prime location for the Blue Mosque, Sultan's Hilll area, Grand Bazaar etc. Cost was incredibly reasonable and my daughter and I had twin room which was small but comfortable and clean.

Arranging my airport transport via Booking.com rather than the hotel was much cheaper.
