the staff was courteous. Special mention to Ibrahim for making our stay pleasant and arranging local travels. Ercan and Sercan were wonderful and always helpful. The roof top sit out has a wonderful view of the Bosporus.

The location of April’s hotel is ideal to explore old Istanbul. I was pleasantly surprised about how being in such a central location in the middle of all the action and facing the street, our room was super quiet and we could barely hear anything from outside. The breakfast was delicious! An assortment of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, typically Turkish and so plentiful! I especially recommend the croissants, cookies and banana bread, all baked in house. There is a tram stop to the T1 line really close to the hotel. Public transport is easy to understand and convenient to venture further afield in Istanbul, so we found this a definite perk of the hotel. The whole staff at April’s is super friendly. The people at reception helped us book transfers to the airport and offered support to connect to the Wifi. The cleaning staff were very accommodating when we were coming in and out of the room. The terrace at Aprilis is breezy and has an amazing view over the Sea of Marmara. We were a bit hesitant about the Wifi connection at April’s (based on reviews) and were pleasantly surprised that steps have been taken to solve this and make it a reliable service. No complaints on this front.

The only negative thing (if any) I would have to say is that our flight was quite late and we requested to use the room for a few more hours free of charge but were refused, even though the hotel was quite empty. We got an extra hour though and hung out at the lovely terrace and charged our devices there!

Aprilis Hotel was the best choice for us, from all points of view! First of all, the location, very close to the Old Town with all the sights, just 2 minutes from the Çemberlitaş tram station. The hotel is new, very clean and exquisite, with a beautiful reception and access to the upper floors with an elevator. Our room had a view of the street, very beautiful, and was decorated in style, equipped with everything necessary, gorgeous bathroom, fully functional, clean, and nice...So, perfect! Very good breakfast and on the top floor, a superb terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful Istanbul! The wonderful hotel team so welcoming and friendly, in conclusion, we recommend the Aprilis Hotel for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul! We will come back with love!

Very helpful and friendly staff - always willing to guide you and offer to help. They were accommodating and kind. I loved the fruity waters and sweets available in the lobby - such a nice touch. Also, the hotel itself is perfectly located if you want to see Istanbul's main attractions within walking distance.

The beds were a little tired and springy and not that comfortable. Thankfully, they weren't overly soft, which would have been much worse. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as I had expected. But everyone was super helpful - you can't fault the people at the hotel.

From the beginning, the staff were excellent, helpful and courteous, in particular the front desk and room cleaning staff. The location of the hotel is excellent for explkoring the city, close to many of the main sites and with a wealth of good restaurants close by,

The breakfast was a bit mundane, lacked imagination and the orange juice was very diluted. I found the bed very hard, although my partner was OK. Be warned - although a fantastic location for tourists, the one-way system is a drawback, as it makes it difficult for taxi drivers to reach.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city. All the fun things are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. All the staff are very helpful and they planned the whole trip for us. We never had to go anywhere looking for the tours. Ibrahim, Ercan, Arad and the other employees were super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room number 502 and 503 are the best rooms of the hotel with a beautiful sea view and do not miss the massage at the hotel. We had a lovely stay.

Staff was very kind, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. Nice balcony with the room. Rooftop bar has great views. Hotel is very close to Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia. Food wise its really good, lot of options sweet and salty.

Breakfast drinks could be better. The coffee and orange juice is terrible. (They serve proper turkish coffee at the rooftop bar tho) Lights in the room were pretty bad, had to turn up all of them so we could see. Coat hanger and a mirror would be a nice addition to the rooms.

The hotel in near the Grand Bazaar, Spices Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. walking distance. It is clean and the room it was big and clean, the breakfast was okay, they tried to change it a little bit every morning. The front desk, Tarik and the other man, unfortunately I don’t remember his name, was very helpful, they gave us a lot of information, help us to bring the car in the nearest parking, they booked for us the cruise on Bosfor and much more.

We stayed at 4 floor and the air conditioner that is on the roof was a little bit too loud, but the view was stunning.

We had a fantastic stay at Aprilis hotel. The facilities were very nice. we had a spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. the hotel is situated close to the Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. it is right next to a tram station, which is super conveniet. The hotel staff, both in reception, breakfast room and our cleaning lady were super service-minded. Especially Ibrahim and Nehir made us feel as if we were family, which was appreciated both by me and my mom - an elderly lady. Ibrahim and Nehir helped measure her blood pressure and offered cool ayran. Every evening we enjoyed a delicious Turkish coffee on the roof terrace of the hotel overlooking the ships on Bosforus strait. we do recommend this hotel and hope we can stay there again.
