Breakfast was very good couldn’t ask for more. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and even after checkout the staff were very accommodating to our needs breakfast and staff definitely 11 out of 10. The room was clean and comfortable location was close to everything we wanted walking distance not to far from what we wanted. I can’t expect five star comforts from a three star hotel. If you want a romantic getaway go to a five star hotel if you want to relax and go for the sites and see history then I can recommend seven days hotel.

I was expecting a better view from what the pictures showed but what you pay for is what you get. But the picture should not only show their best room they should show the average room as well so you don’t go in with high expectations and be disappointed later when you don’t get a room with a view.

Really good variety of breakfast things to satisfy variety of taste. Staff were super friendly and super helpful. Information provisions were superb. Staff e.g. Borhan and Ali and others all, were very helpful and professional.

Ali, the manager, is so accommodating and so friendly. When I had my hospital appointments he was so kind and allowed me access to anything I needed at the hotel- water, microwave, called cabs for me, etc. He also organises airport return transfers which are honestly VIP. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - a five min walk to the tram, 7 min walk to the Grand Bazaar & about 12 min walk to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.

When we first arrived the room was definitely not cleaned - I must admit throwing a fit and getting it all re cleaned after which our stay was phenomenal. Also please note the rooms don’t actually look like these pictures and are much smaller in person. But the beds are super comfy and it’s a budget hotel so to be honest you get a great stay for your worth!

the location was excellent for walking to many important places to see, as well as visiting nearby ethnic neighborhoods. the sea view was amazing and aside from very loud daily prayers, it was extremely quiet outside.

my room had a few maintenance defects…holes in one door and and the terrace door was very difficult to lock. also, soundproofing between rooms was not adequate.

This hotel is very close to the attractions so ideal place to stay if your intending to visit the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia etc. Lots of shops near by. Room is decent - you get what you pay for (don’t expect luxury!). This place is best to stay in if you are going to be away all day and only coming back at night to sleep.

The hotel definitely needs cleaning and maintenance- it smells like smoke and feels a bit seedy
