Everything! The steep hills up to the Sultanahmed area were a great workout, up and down at the start and end of the day. The water front is a few minutes away so I could see and hear the seagulls all the time, which was quite soothing. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around and so many tourists. This gave me the chance to talk to different people from diverse nationalities and practice my Spanish a bit. However, the highlight was Ibrahim who helped me by giving recommendations where to eat and even offered his Istanbul card for transportation.

May be the room could have been darker by adding extra curtains. I like to sleep in complete darkness.

Location is nice. Hotel is still close to the heart of old city. Manager Roberto and receptionist Mohammed was helpful and informative. They can arrange tours, airport transfers and can even change the rooms, if you dont like it.

If you need anything, pls contact Manager Roberto and receptionist Mohammed. They are helpful and informative. Other receptionists are less informative and doesn't care to provide much information. If you are not good with walking, It will be bit tiring everyday morning from hotel to monuments/public transport as you need to claim few 100 meters steep high to reach.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff, especially Robert the property owner, was incredibly friendly and professional. He was very helpful and supportive during our stay. They even allowed us to check out late without any extra fees and let us leave our belongings at the hotel for the day. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave, fridge, and electric cooker, as well as very good Wi-Fi. The location is very convenient, just an 8-minute walk from the Sultan Ahmed tram station. However, the road to the hotel is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for older individuals.

For sure the owner. Very attentive, helpful and welcoming. I would give 5 out 5 for the hospitality and warm welcome. And the view at the rooftop so beautiful. The location is at the middle of the hill, quite near to hagia sofia. Got stores and good restaurant. Not sure whether it is near to public transport or not.

The apartment has no elevator. And if you have a big and heavy bag, that would be a problem. The room is a bit small but still can fit up to 4 peoples. And the bathroom also small.

Very well located, just minutes walking to main sited of Sultanahmed.

Before I arrive I received an email telling me to pay via a link (i did not). Once i arrived they told me they did not know who or how was sent the email....the message was sent via Booking.... It was a scam. I ask them to arrange me a taxi for the airport in the Asian side. They told me no problem, it is$800, which they made me pay the night before my flight. I specifically asked them if there was another fee to cover and they told me not to, nothing more. At the end I had to pay $200 extra (around 7USD) to the taxi driver to take the fastest route, if not it will take me 2hours to get to the airport....

We fairly liked the location, although it is not the best someone can choose. We liked the temperature in the room. And the kindness of the two boys from the reception office.

DEFINITELY not a 9.3 rating hotel. I think 7.5 would be a better rating. everything is over dated, the bathroom looks horrible, water has no pressure, walls are full of stains, everything on the terrace is dirty. We even found some man underwear on the fan in the room from other visitors. 😏 They knocked at our door twice, in the first night at 10.30 pm and in the last one at 10.00 pm to move the car in the parking. This situation was not very pleasant at all, we were in bed, almost asleep. This was our fourth time in Istanbul by car and we have never had a situation like this.

The location is excellent, it is just a 6min walk away from the tram station and very close to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious and the cleanliness was top notch, my room was cleaned every day of the stay. Mr. Ibrahim is a wonderful host who is very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed. The location is great because you are close to almost everything. The room had sockets, mirrors, lots of lights, hangers in the closet, air conditioning and many others... I can safely say that we had eveything.(we also got a free upgrade to a family suite) The value for money is unmatchable in my opinion.

The bathroom is not the best, the shower needs some small repairs/adjustments (nothing is broken or dirty) and the pillows were a bit stiff.

Nice & cozy place Cleaning service everyday (no extra charge) Although the weather outside was kind of cold, in the room was such a pleasant temperature that we slept in the underwear Free toiletries & kitchen stuff

The only remark is about the water system which I suppose it’s linked to each room so when other people were using the hot water, the upper floors needed to wait a little bit - but anyway, was not much of a trouble

Very nice and comfy place. Very clean, with friendly cats sleaping on the small chair outside. Room is equiped with small We definitely come back here Staff is verkitchen with microwave, and kattle. We like a district (Fatih)a lot. It has very friendly atmosphere and you do not feel as a toursit. Three are small retaurants, and shop around.

There were no things we do not like. You are in few minutes near Blue Mosque. Camberlites is 10 minutes away (but you have to climb a bit). Location might be difficult for people with walking problem, that is the only thing you may not like. But something for something. Atmosphere here is great.
