We were living for 7 days in a hotel. The room was of a good size and very comfortable. The cleaning was good Breakfast was savory, big portion, always was full after it. I appreciated that it was balanced, and I had energy to explore the city. There was a conditioner in a room, which saved in hot weather🔥 The hotel was located in historical center, it was close to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet Square. We are grateful to the personal, all are friendly and open to communication🙏 Ulaş offered taxi from and to the airport. The cost is as Uber prices, but it is more comfortable - we were lead to taxi from him in the airport. The airport is huge, it saved us much time. On the way back, we asked for a taxi, it was in time, and we didn’t have to think about ordering it by ourselves. Also hotel provides Istanbul tours for a reasonable price. Cheeper than in other places👀 Only best memories about the hotel❤️ Teşekkür ederim❤️

Everything was good

- good location next to Blue Mosque - air condition! - fair money-quality value - breakfast is good enough (no self service, you get a personal plate with cheese, butter, jam + a lot of bread + omellete + water melon + coffee-tea) - for us was just good enough - very friendly and helpful staff

- stairs (not suitable for older people) - very audible sounds from other rooms - take earplugs - location is next to mosque etc., but you need to know that there are high hills (as it's next to the sea) and the nearest tram station is 7 minutes away going uphill - again not for old/sick people

The staff were very nice. They always offered you coffee or tea no matter when you came back to the hotel and of course on arrival. The room was clean. The AC worked well. The breakfast was good. It’s close enough to the main touristy areas. There are some good restaurants nearby.

The stairs are a bit precarious. They are steep, there is no railing, and the lights at each floor are motion sensored, so if you don’t time it right between floors, it can be pitch black. Not a reason to not stay there, but something to be prepared for. The room, and epically the bathroom, are a bit small.

The staff member downstairs was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to use the bathroom of another room when we arrived before our check in time, and had our room ready early so we could relax after an overnight bus. Greeted us with a smile every time we saw him. The room was more than acceptable, and the location was a short walk to public transport and tourist attractions.

The bathroom had limited ventilation so was a bit steamy/mouldy smelling. The local mosque call to prayer early in the morning could be heard in the room. There was a relatively steep hill up to the public transport.

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. We did not expect any extreme conditions for living, since the price is quite budget. I would say that this is a decent option for this price. Very friendly staff, we asked various questions, with an extra blanket and pillows, asked about the most convenient way to get to the place where we needed, about different locations and recommendations and always received help in all matters. On our departure day, we asked to stay in the room until the evening for a small surcharge, since one of us had a late flight and the owner also went to meet us, this was the best solution in this situation and having paid a small amount for a few hours of stay at the hotel, I was pleased with the friendliness. The room was regularly cleaned, and in general the room was clean and well-kept.

Of the minuses I would say is the size of the room, but I think that in the old area and small houses this is considered the norm. Since the location of the hotel is in the old city of the historical district with many attractions in the area.

We felt that we were welcomed there. Friendly and warm attitude towards customers. The room had everything we needed - fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, washing things, hairdryer. They kindly gave us an extra blanket if we requested it. It was very nice that we were offered tea/coffee free in the evening when we returned from city. On the day of the trip home, they kindly organized a taxi for us, which was cheaper than we have got it ourselves last times.

As a minus, I would mention the stairs-no handrails and considering that the stairs were littlebit slippery, it is not safe. The pillow was too big and hard, I woke up with a neck pain in the morning. Maybe you could also put smaller, softer pillows in the room. Otherwise, everything else was super and we enjoyed our stay

It’s on a nice picturesque street away from the noise but just 8/10 mins from the blue mosque and sultan Ahmet square and tram station. The locals are very helpful and welcoming and plenty of shops supermarkets restaurants nearby at very good prices. Overall property was comfortable and lovely to stay in absolutely would stay again! The rooms are very clean and they are exactly what you see in the pictures. Modern decor and all amenities provided. The hosts were amazing! Super friendly and very accommodating. Anything we needed they got on it straight away and looked after us very well. They always asked our needs and fulfilled them right away as opposed to staying in bigger hotels where it may take time or may be forgotten about. They helped us with directions and recommendations on what to eat where to shop etc. They even provided us with a charger cor the stay as we didn’t bring the right extension. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and fresh orange juice and fruit every morning, overall was very filling.

On a slight hill but nothing too high and that is like most of Istanbul.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us plan our first visit to Istanbul. Spacious, clean room with aircon that works well. Excellent, quiet location with restaurants and supermarkets a 1 minute walk away. Tram stop is a 5-10 minute walk away (depending if you are going up or down the hill)

Great location but be aware the area is very steep with lots of hills...just like the rest of Istanbul. No hand towel provided, but we also didn't ask for one

I’m really like personal here. It was kind and friendly. Also, I like shower - it’s big enough

The room was poorly cleaned (plenty of hair around the room). It would be great if there were underflow heating

From the first moment we arrived, they offered us tea and coffee, helped us with the parking space. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It happened that one day it rained, and they showed kindness by offering us umbrellas. The rooms were very clean and spacious and also modern. In the near future we will definitely come back. It is also very well placed, about 5 minutes from every tourist attraction (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia).
