Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. We did not expect any extreme conditions for living, since the price is quite budget. I would say that this is a decent option for this price. Very friendly staff, we asked various questions, with an extra blanket and pillows, asked about the most convenient way to get to the place where we needed, about different locations and recommendations and always received help in all matters. On our departure day, we asked to stay in the room until the evening for a small surcharge, since one of us had a late flight and the owner also went to meet us, this was the best solution in this situation and having paid a small amount for a few hours of stay at the hotel, I was pleased with the friendliness. The room was regularly cleaned, and in general the room was clean and well-kept.

Of the minuses I would say is the size of the room, but I think that in the old area and small houses this is considered the norm. Since the location of the hotel is in the old city of the historical district with many attractions in the area.

The hosts were amazing! Super friendly and very accommodating. Anything we needed they got on it straight away and looked after us very well. They always asked our needs and fulfilled them right away as opposed to staying in bigger hotels where it may take time or may be forgotten about. They helped us with directions and recommendations on what to eat where to shop etc. They even provided us with a charger cor the stay as we didn’t bring the right extension. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and fresh orange juice and fruit every morning, overall was very filling.

On a slight hill but nothing too high and that is like most of Istanbul.

We felt that we were welcomed there. Friendly and warm attitude towards customers. The room had everything we needed - fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, washing things, hairdryer. They kindly gave us an extra blanket if we requested it. It was very nice that we were offered tea/coffee free in the evening when we returned from city. On the day of the trip home, they kindly organized a taxi for us, which was cheaper than we have got it ourselves last times.

As a minus, I would mention the stairs-no handrails and considering that the stairs were littlebit slippery, it is not safe. The pillow was too big and hard, I woke up with a neck pain in the morning. Maybe you could also put smaller, softer pillows in the room. Otherwise, everything else was super and we enjoyed our stay

The room was poorly cleaned (plenty of hair around the room). It would be great if there were underflow heating

From the first moment we arrived, they offered us tea and coffee, helped us with the parking space. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It happened that one day it rained, and they showed kindness by offering us umbrellas. The rooms were very clean and spacious and also modern. In the near future we will definitely come back. It is also very well placed, about 5 minutes from every tourist attraction (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia).

I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying here for a week during family vacation. We all were completely satisfied 💙 The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the very center near the Blue Mosque. It's also only 10 minutes from the tram stop, from which you can travel to any part of the city. Eminönu stop, where the boats depart, is a 10-minute tram ride or a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are a bit dated, true, but the staff invest any minute to make ur stay here perfect. The service deserves 10 stars, as I have never seen such hospitality anywhere else. They were attentive to all our asks, made tea and coffee in the evening, btw, the Turkish coffee was the best l've ever had. They also helped out with laundry, arranged a transfer, and even gifted us some Turkish coffee. It was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and hearty: fresh bread, orange juice, fruits, various cheeses - incredible. Thank you, Güvan! 🤩

The hotel was very flexible, we even managed to check-in around 2 am. Our host was amazing, he provided us with everything we asked for (extra blanket, umbrella) and also organized airport transfer for a very reasonable price. The location is also very good, the main attractions are within 10 minutes of walking distance. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom has all the neccesities (towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo).

Very friendly and helpful staff, we felt looked after, in terms of breakfast, getting an extra blanket, an Istanbul transport card, sightseeing recommendations, communication with shuttle driver. The location was very central, walking distance to main attractions and public transportation but on a quiet, cosy street, no traffic noise, you got a charming sense that you were in a typical local neighbourhood. We never felt any sense of unease or discomfort in Istanbul, everything felt safe. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. We would return!

There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom; the window overlooked a very close building; the stairs were ok for us, but wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is located on a quiet street near the old city and lots of attractions can be reached by foot. There is also a tram station nearby. The breakfast is very good and includes various options - salty and sweet, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh fruits. The room was clean and good value for money. The landlords were really kind and always ready to help, we felt welcomed and a part of the family. They helped us book a nice experience for a good price including a Turkish night show on a boat and traditional food, pick up from hotel.

It was value for money! The best hotel i have lived with this amount of money!! The stuff very kind and helpful. The area was good and we were returning back in hotel after 12 midnight.

The walls could be a bit cleaner but this is the only reason why not 10. It was not something that was annoying us.
