Nice view from the balcony. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good towels. They are making up the room on a daily basis if asked for. Very nice staff and particularly helpful at the reception. Kalen speaks excellent English and has a good knowledge of many topics and how to manage around. Excellent responsiveness with some issues. Breakfast is very good... eggs, French toast, variety of cheese, good fresh bread, and jam. Too bad that they only have "instant " coffee. The breakfast lady is very dedicated to her task. The location is quite good and quiet as well.

Well, I gave 8 as a mark because I didn't have TV for a whole week but it was the same thing for the whole hotel... broken antena. We also experienced a shortage of water for a few hours. The pipe under the sink leaked, and fortunately, it has been repaired the day after. They should consider changing the pillows, not very comfortable. All in all, I really recommend this place.

Located in the heart of the old town, close to the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, warm (air con eficient and silentious ), outside the cold november , 8 degrees max. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast good and there is cofee, tea and water, close to the reception, for free at any time . Over all we had a good experience, i recomand the place.

The internet is not the best The tv didn't work ( due to a storm that broke the antena)...not big deal, we would have used it a background sound

A very cozy place - ideal if you don't want to break the bank while staying 5 minutes away from the main historical landmarks. The location is perfect, the area feels safe in the evening. Be prepared to climb hills, though, as most of the streets in the area are quite steep. The personnel are all extremely friendly and helpful. They made a few really good recommendations, including the best place to eat in the neighborhood. The reception is open 24/7, which is rather convenient. They also provide tea, coffee and water. We opted out of breakfast, but there's a couple of very affordable places around to get a nice morning meal. The room itself was clean and as we expected - like in the photos. Our windows were facing the bay and we could watch ferries - very beautiful in the evening. All in all, the best you can get for the price!

It wasn't big, but the ceiling was high, so it didn't feel claustrophobic.

Its located in the heart of Sultahanamet which is very close to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. The tram lines and ferry services are accessible in walking distance. The grand bazaar is also close by and there is history in every nook and corner of the place whilst you walk around. Kalen and Yousuf are amazing and make your stay worthwhile with their warmth and kindness. Don't forget to ask Kalen for local trips around Istanbul...it really makes your day better.

Very good location: at only 5min by walk of Sultanahmet and near the tram station Çemberlitaş. Staff very kind, helpful and welcoming: thank you Yusuf and all your colleagues.

The hotel has a brilliant location- very close to all "must see" places. It' s situated in a very quiet place and has a beautiful sea view from the terrace (room 401). Fast Wi-fi. Comfortable beds, air conditioner and it has also a small fridge. There is available a free coffee, tea and water on the 1st floor. Breakfast was ok. Would like to say many thanks to Kalen in reception, basing on Your helpful and very useful advices we managed to see much more than we have had planned.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions, blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Close to tram. Good breakfast, breakfast lady was very courteous. Very helpful staff, housekeeping guy was good. The staff gave good recommendations.

Bathroom was too small. Shower needs fixing. Shower door needs fixing. Bathroom needs deep cleaning. Under the bed needs deep cleaning. Water dispenser in the cafeteria and the lobby is very slow.

Great value for money! This was an excellent place for a short stay. Staff is super friendly. The facility does not have an elevator but staff go above and beyond to help you with your luggage. Other things we liked were WiFi, breakfast (value for money), free water (saved us some $$$) that you can use to fill up your bottles.. staff recommended some tours and things to see which were ok.

Please do not expect Rixos. This is a small boutique hotel in a good location. Please be mindful of Istanbul roads, which are never a straight line. The walk to the hotel with a suitcase was both super easy but it was not long because it is close to the tramway stop.

Close to the main mosques: Hiya Sophia, Blue Mosque and Top Kapi. There are restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff, they will help you to pick and book the best attractions in Istanbul. Overall, it's good value for money.

No elevator within the building and after a long walk it's a torture getting up to the 5th floor)) also the hotel is located down the hill so you'll need to go up and down the hill every day so might not be suitable for the elderly people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was full and had quite the options. The view from our room was excellent and the location of the property is very convenient despite the hills. We were very pleased with the services provided considering the money we paid. The staff offered us treats and also carried our luggage whenever necessary. Very hospitable!

The shower head was broken. The issue, however was addressed immediately and it was not such an inconvenience after all.
