Very nice hotel in the center, the staff is amazing, as is the breakfast, I can not recommend it enough !! Would definitely stay again when coming back to Istanbul! They help you with whatever you need and make sure that any questions you would have are answered.

That you are basically forced to write a review in front of them when checking out, to make sure they get a good review - why not have faith in the work you are doing? The hotel is really good, and definitely desereves the 10 points, but actions like these leave a sour aftertaste.

Fantastic location, walkable to transit and many local sites. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I felt very cared for. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room and 18c while sleeping. During the day I had the window open and it was still a nice temperature. I was thankful for the bottles of water and the breakfast, I do have a positive suggestion of perhaps having signs for what the different items were, being from the west I wasn't familiar with all the options and I was unsure what I might be trying or missing out on because I was not sure if I would like it, but what I did try was delicious. I was provided a map with advice for local sites to see which was a nice touch. I also used their airport transfer 3 times and was very pleased. I also had my clothes laundered for a competitive price. I loved having a sea view room to wake up to. Couple of things to note, There are Mosques all over Istanbul and calls to prayer can be at ALL hours, so do yourself a favor and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also I knew this from pictures when I was booking but the bed was large and getting past it to the window side was a challenge with large luggage so if you have issues I'm sure they would help you lift the luggage over the bed. I hope this review helps you make your decision. The cleaning staff was wonderful. You can't go wrong for location, comfort, hospitality and price.

Staff are super friendly and do everything in their power to accommodate you. The customer service is truly exceptional, and they do really look after you. They also provide useful tips about where everything is located and how best to travel around istanbul. The hotel is located at the heart of the old Sultanahet area and close to everything the area has to offer.

Rooms are quite small, breakfast options are not the best and the hotel does not have any other facilities such as a fitness room. However, if you're staying here, you've likely chosen based on the location, which is pretty perfect.

Although we had mistakenly booked a smaller room, the staff handled it with such grace and efficiency. As soon as we informed them, they immediately checked availability and upgraded us to a more spacious room without any hassle. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The manager and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were provided with a detailed map highlighting the best tourist destinations, local markets, and cultural spots to explore. The manager personally recommended the finest restaurants and even guided us to the famous saffron market. What truly stood out was the warmth and cultural richness of the people here. As a thoughtful gesture, the manager gifted me a beautiful scarf and a small token representing their local heritage, which made the experience even more special. He also regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This stay was not just about the accommodation, but about feeling truly cared for. Constructive Feedback: The only area for improvement would be the mattresses, which were quite hard. However, the warmth of the hospitality more than made up for this minor issue. Being here for the 3rd time, I see always improvements regarding the services. Breakfast is rich and daily changed, in the room they changes the towels and bed sheets daily + two bottles of water, which is good. We went at the end of December and the room was warm, no issue staing in a Tshirt. We choosed the hotel because in so close to the Blue Mosque and other facilities yet on a quiet street. We saw other hotels to match the comfort and the breakfast of Zeyn, but they were at the street (heavy noise from cars). Other than that, if you look carefully at the    staff, you will find a goodness and sincerity which I didn’t found yet in any hotel. Their mission is to help you finding solutions to your needs. Whatever might be. What I appreciate the most is that the manager has a kind gentle and sincere soul which I hope will not be counquered by money or stress. I found humanity; What I mean: the hotel is not limited to business, I pay the money, you give me the room. You have to experience the turkish hospitality for your self here.

The staff was incredibly kind and very invested in ensuring you were comfortable. We had a couple of small problems with the room and they fixed them the same day we told them about it and later on asked how everything was. The location was also ideal - very centrally located and close to the tram as well.

The room was quite small so it’s not easy to move around being two people. The bathroom was also very tight. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. They also need to repaint the room walls as they’re quite marked up which gives a sensation of being unclean or rundown when the hotel is quite clean in reality.

The hotel location is at the perfect spot. Walkable to every tourist spots and very near to Cemberlitas tram station (train where you can go everywhere). As soon as you arrive, the staff will greet you and explain the navigation with a typical paper map(on where to go, where to not go etc). Very helpful, veryyyyy polite and clean property. Hotel staff and Manager are so polite and kind. The manager even gifted us some souvenirs (shawl and mug). Very much recommended place for a cozy stay. Felt so welcomed, and if you’re going with a family especially — this is a perfect spot. We’ll visit again if time permits In sha Allah.

As a senior woman traveling alone, I loved the warm welcome, safety and cleanliness at this small and modern hotel. Excellent service in English and everyone was personable and helpful. I felt very safe in a spotless and modern place. I also really liked having a refrigerator, hairdryer and coffeepot/teapot in the room. Staff will help you find anything you need, and have maps available. The location is on a side street, a slight uphill walk to to the Old Town attractions and public transportation. Many restaurants and stores (including a grocery store) within a 5 - 10 minute walk and I felt very safe, even walking home late in the evening.

No negatives. I really loved it there and would stay again in a. minute. I don't eat breakfast but had coffee and juice each day.
