The property was really clean and the employees really nice and helpful. They gave us tips and helped us with our taxi reservation. They also answered quite fast when we send them questions through Booking. The room was as in the pictures. The breakfast variety was good and everything was tasty. The WiFi signal was also good and quite fast. The location was ideal for sightseeing travellers. It was 10’ walk from all major locations (blue mosque, Ayia Sophia, Top Kapi etc). It was also a 6’ walk from one of the main tram lines (T1) that takes you also to the Galata Port. Finally it was a 10’ walk to the Grand Bazaar. Really good location. Will certainly stay there again if I visit Istanbul.

Overall, we had a great stay at Four Doors hotel for a whole week. The location is excellent and saves so much time, since most of the things are within the walking distance Rooms are perfectly fine as long as you don't have unreasonable wishes / expectations - comfortable beds, very clean (daily cleaning service), and comparably quiet. Breakfast was very decent, however, same is served every day. Overall, I would definitely come back to Four Doors hotel for my next stay in Istanbul and I can highly recommend this hotel.

The place was affordable and decently appointed, the manager was wonderfully friendly and polite. So conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again.

All of the bed pillows were firm, too firm for me. Even went down to the single room at the end of the hallway to see if I could find a softer pillow and could not. Having at least one less firm/softer pillow as an option would be most helpful.

The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location (although involving some climbing streets) was close enough to all the main attractions. The metro is only 450 meters away and grand bazaar about 550 meters. The nearest mosque (with speakers of course) could be heard practically next door. To some this may be disconcerting but it is Istanbul after all! :)

The electronic card entry system. On the final day (with many errands to run) - every other attempt at entry had to be resolved by front desk. This is not just Four Doors Hotel - I've noticed this at many hotels that use this system. It's simply a poor system internationally imo. The gentlemen at front desk were very attentive and fixed the issue immediately each time although it did require a visit up to the room. We were otherwise very happy with the service, the hotel - it's location and staff and would stay again hoping the electronic card key system could be resolved somehow.

Good location, really comfortable bed

The breakfast was boring, the same every day in a cold small place. The eggs and everything was cold, the women in the kichen wasn't kind , wash the dishes while you eating, and rude when you would like a 2. plate...

Very clean, impressively spotless. Others mentioned/complained about breakfast, but actually it is so much better considering its price. The staffs are so accommodating and welcoming. They are really nice and friendly which makes your stay more comfortable especially Eyup and Şerhriban. Location is perfect if you want to stay in Sultanhamet yet without the traffic noise. Yes, it might be hilly getting to the hotel but it is hilly almost everywhere. It is close to the Blue Mosque and also the Grand Bazaar. I am highly recommending this hotel. My friend and I are so happy with our stay there. Will definitely stay there again when we go back. Can't find faults.

The stuff was amazing and very frendly and helpful. Whatever ask we had there was no hesitation. Direction, changing of pillow, atractions, taxi. The breakfast was rich and more than enough. The room was spacious and I fell in love with the view from it. The stuff was always it a big smile on their faces. On the check out we asked to leave our bags just to use our last day, say no more. We asked to changed somewhere in comfortable clothes for the road, no problem at all. It felt like home to me, very warm welcome and staying!!

Everything was excellent. Location, staff and service. It was even better than we expected. We enjoyed our stay and Bosphorus view from the room. Thank you to the management and very helpful staff. Wish you good luck 🍀

Amazing breakfast, amazing staff, very clean, great heating. The breakfast lady was fantastic. The cleaning lady was awesome.
