The location is great on a quiet street very close to the blue mosque in the Sultanahmed area. Apartment was comfortable for family of 4 and relatively clean. Breakfast was included and had a good choice. It was on the terrace in a hotel just round the corner. For airport transfer consider Uber which is much cheaper and works really well (800-900lr).

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main sights, good restaurants, shopping and the park. Staff lovely and very helpful. The apartment was beautifully clean and had more than enough space for a family of four. Aircon worked well. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was good and with a great view of the Blue Mosque.

Could have had blackout curtains but not a big deal!

The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of four, offering two bedrooms and a cozy common area perfect for evening gatherings. Its location near the Çemberlitaş tram stop made it easy to explore the city, with Sultanahmet just a short walk away. The interior was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated, with regular housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel just 130 meters away, featuring a great selection of cheeses, scrambled eggs, and fresh vegetables, all enjoyed with a stunning view of the sea and city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for its space, convenience, and amenities.

While the breakfast was excellent, some guests might find the short walk inconvenient.

This was my second recently stayed at Mehmet bay. I stayed on the ground floor where rooms were well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a kitchenette and washing machine, making my stay convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering all the necessary items to start the day right. Overall, it was a delightful and hassle-free experience.

During this stay, the rooms felt a bit suffocated due to a wall built with the staircase outside the entrance to the ground floor rooms, which was the only air passage apart from the windows. Since we couldn't open the windows in winter, the only option to maintain comfort was to switch off the heaters.

The beds were confortable and we had a good rest after long days of walking. The apartments have everything you need: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer. Bathroom was clean and the towels changed daily. The staff helped me with a parking spot for 4 days which was nearby and guarded by a nice gentleman. Breakfast is really good, lots of options of food, fruites and sweets.

Please change the coffee as it's istant coffee and it's pretty bad and probably most of your guests prefer a coffee machine with grinder or maybe fill a tank with hot filter coffee.

Location of the Suites is very close to the main Hypodrome square, so close to major attractions. Rooms are big and very clean. Kitchen equiped, fridge, freezer and other appliences. Regular cleaning service. In Suites, please be aware that breakfast is served in near Fehmi Bay hotel, just two corners, not far. I would recommend a simple map for guests, perhaps. The Breakfast is served on the roof top with nice view on the Port or Blue Mosq. there is a big variety of the food. The reception orders the Taxi to any airport for reasonable price. Our stay was pleasant thank you

just a little leaking water from the toilet feed, nothing major, its is the info for the maintenance, only. otherwise no problems

The location was close to the main Sultanahmet attractions. We had our breakfast a short walk away at the Fehmi Bey hotel. Breakfast was on the rooftop with sweeping views across the Sea of Marmara and the Blue Mosque. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very helpful with all our concerns, including booking a taxi to the airport. They made sure we got into our taxi and helped us with our luggage. The apartment was sufficient for a family of four adults. We loved the view and it is in a safe area.

The shower closet was a bit small and difficult to climb into. We only had one key for four persons.

Spacious living room. Clean. Excellent daily house keeping and really good communication. Loved the fabulous roof top terrace breakfast at sister hotel just a 2 min walk away. I didn't book the breakfast and was offered the first morning free for the 5 of us. Was a treat with really nice views. An extra single bed was provided upon request. Great communication.

Balcony views not that great, but this does already show in the picture provided, but it didn't ruin our stay. It was as expected and best deal for value for money for a family of 5. The entrance could do with a bit of a clean up, sand and stones in the way and not that much space to bring suitcases through. This could also be down to government road works and not owners fault.

The breakfast was fresh. Was a nice view to start the day with a good selection of eggs, fruit and salad. The location was outstanding to get to the sights of the old town such as the Aya Sofia. The general area felt safe at night and day, on a whole 99% of locals were very friendly. The balcony was a great addition to the room, it was a great escape from the bustling streets below.

The breakfast coffee could be better, as well as there needs to be vegan option for breakfast such as vegetarian sausages as my partner was only able to have fruit. Annoyingly my beside lights did not work and I could only use the main room light at night which isn't ideal but not the end of the world. Also heading up the stairs of the apartment block on each floor was a fire station box on the wall which is in prime head height, so be mindful heading up the stairs as I learnt the hard way......

We stayed in this lovely apartment during Ramadan and loved hearing the calls to prayers several times a day. The location was great for walking and easy access to lots of restaurants, museums and cultural sites. We loved the view and that there was a balcony with a view of the Bosphorus. A great breakfast was included and was only a short walk from the apartment.

Nothing really, but might be good to note that apartments on the higher floors are only accessible via a narrow-ish spiral staircase, which might be challenging to some with mobility issues.
