The location is great on a quiet street very close to the blue mosque in the Sultanahmed area. Apartment was comfortable for family of 4 and relatively clean. Breakfast was included and had a good choice. It was on the terrace in a hotel just round the corner. For airport transfer consider Uber which is much cheaper and works really well (800-900lr).

This was an excellent value. The location is perfect and in walking distance to most major attractions. Many Restaurants and a convenience store very close. We enjoyed the breakfast at the sister property, a very short walk away. Being a senior, I needed a foot stool for access to the tub/shower combo and he brought it over immediately. The host met us at the property before we had unloaded the vehicle. The online communication was quick and easy. The apartment is in an older building without an elevator. We requested a lower floor and stayed on the 1. Floor, 1 flight of stairs up. The host helped with the luggage. There was a small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs with view of courtyards, roofs, and building, but we did not use the balcony. We appreciated the provided fan, it made A/C circulation easier. They provided bathroom essential like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotions. Be aware, this is an old city and the roads, sidewalks, and houses are not new and contemporary. The apartment was old and the interior a little dated, but we found it comfortable and clean. The kitchen could use improvement. We received fresh water bottles every day, clean towels, and trash removal along with the provided cleaning service which was a welcome surprise. We booked with breakfast, and it is served at the sister hotel just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Breakfast was served from 7.30 to 10.30 on a rooftop dining area with patios overlooking the sea and the Blue Mosque. The staff at breakfast was quick, efficient and friendly. We ate all our meals out and brought beverages and snacks back to the apartment. Reminder: calls for prayers may wake you up the first night, but on the second night we barely noticed. Mosques are everywhere, therefore calls for prayer can be heard anywhere. We truly appreciated the diversity of the city.

The kitchen area was disappointing, but we did not actually use the kitchen except for the fridge, some plates and glasses. There is no microwave, and no oven. For heating up any food, they provide a hot plate and a few pots. Again, having access to an excellent breakfast on a roof top with views of the water and sea on one side and the Blue Mosque on the other side made up for the lack of items in the kitchen department. Some people may find the lack of an elevator upsetting, but we were ok with one set of stairs in our mid 70's. We never received a second key which we asked for, and the A/C takes a while to fully cool all rooms, but after the initial slow start worked well for us, we kept all curtains drawn to keep the sun out.

We arrived to find a spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms - great for 2 friends travelling together. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and there was a small balcony - enough for a small table and chairs wonderful to experience the call to prayer in the evening. The apartment is very centrally located for major tourist sites like the blue mosque etc and breakfast was in the nearby sister hotel with a beautiful roof top terrace overlooking the Bosphorus.

The decor of the apartment is a bit in need of updating but that wasn't a concern. The only issue I had was that the side of the bath for accessing the shower was quite high - I'm a bit on the short side so that was a bit of a leap. Otherwise I think it was great value and very comfortable.

The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of four, offering two bedrooms and a cozy common area perfect for evening gatherings. Its location near the Çemberlitaş tram stop made it easy to explore the city, with Sultanahmet just a short walk away. The interior was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated, with regular housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel just 130 meters away, featuring a great selection of cheeses, scrambled eggs, and fresh vegetables, all enjoyed with a stunning view of the sea and city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for its space, convenience, and amenities.

While the breakfast was excellent, some guests might find the short walk inconvenient.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main sights, good restaurants, shopping and the park. Staff lovely and very helpful. The apartment was beautifully clean and had more than enough space for a family of four. Aircon worked well. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was good and with a great view of the Blue Mosque.

Could have had blackout curtains but not a big deal!

This was my second recently stayed at Mehmet bay. I stayed on the ground floor where rooms were well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a kitchenette and washing machine, making my stay convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering all the necessary items to start the day right. Overall, it was a delightful and hassle-free experience.

During this stay, the rooms felt a bit suffocated due to a wall built with the staircase outside the entrance to the ground floor rooms, which was the only air passage apart from the windows. Since we couldn't open the windows in winter, the only option to maintain comfort was to switch off the heaters.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. The property is right in the middle of the old city and everything is nearby, maximum 10-15 minute walking distance. Proximity to must see places made our stay amazing. The staff is also amazing, on our last day they helped us locating our driver (45 minutes late) and made sure we got to the airport in time for our international flight.

The main bedroom does not have a window, there is a wall now there unfortunately. The kitchen area was a bit dusty but overall great stay!

The beds were confortable and we had a good rest after long days of walking. The apartments have everything you need: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer. Bathroom was clean and the towels changed daily. The staff helped me with a parking spot for 4 days which was nearby and guarded by a nice gentleman. Breakfast is really good, lots of options of food, fruites and sweets.

Please change the coffee as it's istant coffee and it's pretty bad and probably most of your guests prefer a coffee machine with grinder or maybe fill a tank with hot filter coffee.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and was conviniently located to all major Istanbul attractions. The view to Marmara Sea was also a bonus in the morning. Breakfast was served right around the corner ( 2 minutes walking distance); the food options were various, and the terrace quite nice. A very good price for money.

Not exactly a dislikem but for sustainability reasons, towels could be changed every couple of days, instead of daily.

Location of the Suites is very close to the main Hypodrome square, so close to major attractions. Rooms are big and very clean. Kitchen equiped, fridge, freezer and other appliences. Regular cleaning service. In Suites, please be aware that breakfast is served in near Fehmi Bay hotel, just two corners, not far. I would recommend a simple map for guests, perhaps. The Breakfast is served on the roof top with nice view on the Port or Blue Mosq. there is a big variety of the food. The reception orders the Taxi to any airport for reasonable price. Our stay was pleasant thank you

just a little leaking water from the toilet feed, nothing major, its is the info for the maintenance, only. otherwise no problems
