Arrived 00:30 at night and called earlier to the reception that we are going to be late due strike. The friendly receptionist said I am waiting for you. On arrival, I requested two single beds, but the beds were unavailable. The receptionist promised to exchange the room for the next day. We went the next day for an excursion to the Topkapi, and the receptionist asked us to pack all our belongings and we would move you to the new room. We trusted the person; the receptionist took us to the new room when we returned. A new lift was taking us up to the third floor of the building. The room was clean and comfortable as soon as we opened the door. The facility was new, with comfy beds and brand-new noise-free air conditioning. We can't ask for more: a powerful shower, hot water, new daily towels, and room cleaning. We even asked if we could have a kettle and lovely staff support. Downstairs in the reception, tea and coffee were offered. Wow, we have enjoyed it so much, It is 700 metres from the town centre, so handy and a tram is 3-minute walk that will take you in any direction you need. Thank you so much for all your hospitality.

Get your breakfast elsewhere. Not worth the money. It was actually depressing.

Located just a few footsteps from the main touristic area and access point to the attractions, yet calm and quiet. Very clean, staff very friendly, elevators, breakfast okay, I had a great view and I am happy to come back. The room had a good size and the bathroom was practical and had a hairdryer. Aircon is in the room.

Just one little thing - It would be great to have curtains to block out the light. Next time I'll come with a sleeping mask. Not a big deal.

I recently had an incredible time at a hotel in Istanbul that I just had to share. The hotel's location was fantastic as it was so close to famous places like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. It made exploring the city super easy and convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They even offered to match my hotel stay with my flight time for a small fee, which was really convenient. Their service was top-notch! One thing that really impressed me was how clean the rooms were. They were always spotless thanks to the hardworking and professional cleaning staff. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in such a tidy and well-maintained space. It was like a home away from home!

Great value for the price, but the heating system could be better and sports and movie channels on TV would be nice. Just a couple of suggestions to help you improve. Good luck!

What to say about Divas Silver? Firstly, it is a budget hotel and the rooms are dated and decoratively not perfect – I have remembered that and the price when writing the review and giving my stars. But if something doesn’t work they put it right. If you are not happy with the room they try to change it. The location is good for the old town but remember, most budget places you stay in the old town involve walking up (and down) hills. So I would suggest that this is an hotel for younger people rather than an 80 year old like me. None the less I coped with the hills and based on my first paragraph I would give it 3½ stars. Since I can’t give half stars, I will move it up to 4 because of the very pleasant and helpful reception staff.

Very well located hotel close to two tram stations and 2 minutes from the Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Very good value for money. The room was clean, the housekeeper passed by every day, the room was well soundproofed, We would like to thank Yacup, Ali, Cevat, rusten for their efficiency, their availability at any time they work very well and delibar for his very good lunches and took care of us as a second mother. We will come back without hesitation if we go through Istanbul. Çok teşekkür ederim. Nihel and her friends reservation.

Everything was ok and I sincerely recommend this hotel

This way my second stay at Divas Silver. The reasons behind coming back to this property are thanks to the warm welcome we always receive from the staff and their flexibility regarding the booking and room choice. The location and is also perfect (near the blue mosque) and easily accessible whether by metro, buses or taxis. Definitely my second home in Istanbul. Their prices as well are very reasonable compared to the services we got plus it’s very competitive to other hotels nearby. Shout out to the whole staff, particularly Yaccub and Rustam!

Actually a common issue in Istanbul. The uphills near the property. Consider taking a taxi when you arrive from the airport if you’re overloaded with luggage.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major historical sites. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the lovely woman who prepares the breakfast each morning 💙💙💙

Room exceeded expectatations!! Was super clean and cozy in a nice way. When we arrived we had some large boxes with bikes that the hotel was happy to hold for us for a couple of days with no charge. Great location within walking distance of all the Sultanahmet sites, bus stops and ferry terminals.

The staff were quite pushy with many of the guests about writing reviews and this killed the vibe a little!

The location was great and easily accessible to the tram T1 (a good connection point) and close to great monuments (Ayasofya, Blue-mosque, etc..), nice shops, and good restaurants. The room was enough for someone who plans to spend the day in the city and get some rest at night. I also appreciate that the staff upgraded our stay, without asking for it, and for free, as they had empty slots during our stay period.

The hotel is on a hill. That is not suitable if the traveller is not ready to climb a street at a good angle (old people, heavy luggage, short breath etc..)
