The neighbourhood is quiet and safe near the historical sites and tram station .The staff are so kind and helpful . They gave me a hand with the luggage in check in and check out .Tarek is very helpful ،honest and responsive .Selim the owner offered to help me with information about the transportation and helped me find a taxi when I couldn’t find any .The triple room was ok with very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioner . It was a good place to spend the night and enjoy walking distance to Grand Bazard Sirkeci etc … Thank you from Tunisian tourists.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. But no serious issues

The location of the hotel was perfect🙂 Everything you need was nearby. The room was in a different building than the reception, it gave me even more peace and space, which is what I was looking for. When I come back to Istanbul, I will definitely choose yuor hotel. The hotel’s Taxi service was also really good and efficient.

during our 7 nights stay me and my two daughters, we all find that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Selim provided us with suggestions on how to get around the city and recommended places to visit. The hotel location was excellent, as it was only a short walk away from Sultanahmet, and Grand Bazaar, the surrounding neighborhood was filled with numerous cafes and restaurants, making it a great place to stay. we found it to be great value for money. The hotel room had an amazing view, good air conditioning, and access to hot water. Overall, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the warm hospitality of the day and night reception staff. We will come back again.

Some guests are a bit noisy sometimes they lose track of the time .

Staff very helpful. Room with sea view. Good aircon and lots of hot water. Large bed. Roof terrace. Short walk to main attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Kettle provided but no mugs, coffee etc. No English language or sports channels on TV. Hotel difficult to find, and there is a steep walk up the hill to the main road and trams. Buffet breakfast good value, but only tea, no coffee, and in dark basement.

The hotel has all the amenities for your comfort, as well as friendly staff.

Best location. 10-12 minutes walk by Aya Sofia and blue mosque and staff are really good

The location is very awesome and I really enjoyed the breakfast and the abla who made the breakfast really pure hearted lady much respect for her.

The location is perfect, so close to trams and the center of the city. The working staff were so kind and helpful, the ladies who cleaned the rooms were so cute. Every day the room was cleaned, all I needed to have I had . Thank you so much!

There was a door missing in the shower and when having a showered water all over. The mattress was confortable but not the base of the bed. Very noisy and old. But I must admit they are changing things now and I saw new mattresses so I’m sure things will be different next time.

Great value, location and price

Good shower pressure but no handle and had the half glass shower. Had to be careful as the water can get deep and spill into the bedroom

It was in a great central location for visiting the Sultanhamet areas and within walking distance of the Bosporus and Grand Bazaar.

The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The shower was a bit tight and a challenge to manage the wet room. the views from the roof top terrace are great but it could do with a little clean up and cushions for the seats!
