Very nice and clean hotel i would recommend this hotel to anyone, the people are such good hearted people very caring nice and loving people with big open arms to welcome anyone, I came to turkey alone was worried but the people here made me feel safe and made me feel like I am home with my family, this is my second time coming to this hotel and anytime I come to Istanbul I will forever be coming here to stay at this hotel, I have never met such sweet souls my years of travelling this is the first hotel with such beautiful people, thank you to everyone, and big thank you to Anvar, Deniz, Firdavs, Javokhir, Hassan and Ayshe I call this hotel my home and my family, thank you so so much Çok teşekkür ederim -janetta Almagomadova from Canada <333

I came to this hotel with my family from out of town and encountered very friendly staff. Especially Devran and Enver, they welcomed me very well, they gave me a lot of information about the hotel and historical places. There was an open buffet breakfast and very fresh food. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Although the check-in time was 2, they gave us our room at 12. It is a great hotel with everything and its location is very nice, it is within walking distance to everywhere. I will definitely choose this place again.

EVERYTHİNG WAS PERFECT

Location was great, Close to a tram stop but get ready to go uphill to it and to the city center (all istanbul is like that anyways). The location felt safe and close to minimarkets and places to have breakfast. The room was perfect and the workers perfect too. I would stay again.

The google maps location is wrong, they should fix it because when you arrive there you dont see any building. You have to go to the street behind it to find it.

the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the blue mosque, a quiet and calm street, very friendly and attentive staff (special thanks to Anvar, who did everything for me, took care) the room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were fresh, good repair, comfortable bed, tea and coffee

Couple electrical sockets near beds would be nice, in addition to USB ports.

Clean nice hotel. Everyday cleaning , 24h reception desk, AC working properly, all goood! Price value ratio for me was amazing

Only small disadvantage is that you have to climb up to get to the tram ;)

Centrally located, very close to Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The staff is friendly and helpful even with our smallest needs. We felt at home here, I will visit again
