Good location to key tourist sites.. Lovely room n en suite. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast option -€10 eat as much as you want buffet.

Expensive taxi to get to the airport €50 Would have been helpful if hotel staff could direct you to where you can pick up the €5 airport shuffle bus

A good hotel, located in the center of Istanbul, with very welcoming and multilingual staff. The location is convenient, near a tram stop, and it's a 20-minute walk (1.2 km) to the nearest metro station. We were accommodated in a separate building, Deniz Palace, where the rooms have household appliances and are generally more spacious than those in the main hotel building.

Perhaps not the cleanest toilet, we had to buy cleaning supplies.

The staff was nice, the room was comfortable, we had a mini fridge and a kettle inside the room that was great

We couldn’t lock our door from the inside, the shower water pressure was unstable as well as the water temperature, the hairdryer was also making a noise that seemed it was about to break. The area of the hotel is very sloped, so you should take that in consideration if you have issues with mobility

Hotel staff were very attentive. When the air conditioner control in my room did not work, they immediately moved me to a higher room. There was no kettle in the room however you can find kettle in the main area. There is also elevator. Also it is very close to the main attractions like sultan Ahmet mosque. I can stay there next time again. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

The staff at reception were really welcoming and spoke English well (they even served us translators between us and the hotel taxi service staff). We were welcomed with tea/coffee on the first night as our luggage was taken up to our rooms. Thereafter, we were given tours of our rooms and were given information about the breakfast available at the hotel as well as the room service option available. Hamza recommended many beautiful places to visit in Istanbul, he went through the effort of saving each one on Google Maps and even offered lending us his Istanbulkart. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was good and the lady at breakfast was really warm and sweet!

The hotel is located in a good area, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, Cisterns. In 5 minutes of the hotel there are grocery stores "Migros" and "101". The room is very clean. Cleaning was done every day. Bed linen and towels are clean. Comfortable bed. There is a kettle in the room and every time after cleaning they provide free tea and sugar. Special thanks to Omar, reception staff, cleaners and other helpful staff. All employees were very friendly and helped with any of our requests. For some visitors, the window overlooking the courtyard may be a minus, for us it was not a problem. This hotel is ideal in terms of price-quality ratio and I recommend it for a holiday in the old city area. Çok teşekkür ederim!

basically the room is comfortable, clean, quiet, but it's a shame the bed isn't comfortable because the springs seem to be broken. so it's a bit sideways. lucky I sleep alone if the two of us might be able to fight with my friend. yes maybe it's better to replace the bed with a new one. And happily, my room was upgraded...

the bed should be replaced with a new one. the location of the hotel is on an incline and the road to the hotel is ugly. very tired to push the suitcase when checking in. I finally called a taxi when I checked out

We loved that the hotel is located so close to the Grand Bazaar and other amenities. The rooms were a good size, clean, and featured a modern design. They also offered excellent value for money. The staff were exceptional in accommodating our requests. We had a child who was too big to fit comfortably on the sofa, so the hotel kindly upgraded our room to include two double beds and one single bed at no extra cost.

There were only two electrical outlets in the room—one used for the fridge and one for guests—which made it a bit difficult to charge all our phones. Although the location is very convenient, the hotel sits on a steep hill, which could be challenging for people with mobility issues. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded closely by other properties, so even rooms with windows may not offer much of a view.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We got a room upgrade for free. Location is excellent.

There are cheaper rooms without windows, just pay attention when booking so you dont get surprised like us.

Perfect location: a stone throw. a WALKING DISTANCE from some of the Istambul's KEY TOURIST ATTRACTIONS. Professionalism and real willingness to help from receptionists, who seemed to be long time employees dedicated to the hotel and guests welfare.

Some small although repeated negligences done by--I guess-- a temporary, perhaps a part time employee which I am sure the permanent staff will deal with and I am willing to forgive and forget.
