The property is very centrally located and was a good deal. The owners are nice, and the water pressure was good. The staff never attempted to enter our room during our stay. I would recommend you stay here. The hill is not as bad as it looks and is to be expected in Istanbul. We had an issue with water from a rain pipe hitting the roof very loudly, but it was fixed quickly in 15 minutes after we reported it, which was impressive. The hotel is very close to all the main tourist attractions, within 10-to-15-minute walks to each which is very good. Thank you!

An excellent family hotel in the historical center of Istanbul! The location is convenient for walking to the main attractions, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, tastefully furnished, and well-equipped for a comfortable, affordable stay. The staff is very kind, friendly, and responsive. They fully accommodated our travel arrangements, allowing us to leave our luggage with them before check-in and even after vacating the room until we departed from Istanbul. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Turkey!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and transportation. The guy on the reception was very nice and helpfull. The room size was perfect for two people, providing ample space to move around comfortably. The room it self was tidy but with some attention to cleanliness in the bathroom, it has the potential to be an even more enjoyable destination for guests. Overall good for the price.

We had a problem with the door and lost probably 15 minutes trying to lock it. Try warning the guests how to lock it properly.

Great place, cosy, good location, close to the bus stop, you can walk normally in the late evening. It looks a bit simpler than in the photo, but it does not spoil the impression in the end))Check-in is fast, the staff is friendly.

The noise between rooms is strong, but it also depends on the neighbours. We slept well one night, hardly the second. Otherwise, I recommend it. The only thing that might be a little inconvenient for those with pushchairs is the steep slope and the cobblestones.

It was a really nice hotel which was value for money with a great location.

I was charged twice. Once before I arrived at the hotel via booking.com then when I was checking out I was charged again by the reception even though I showed them that I paid before arrival then even showed them my bank statement to proof this to them but they said they never received the money from booking.com

Excellent location, shot walking distance to trams, Hagia Sofia, Topkaki, Blue Mosque, Basilica cistern. Family operated tiny little hotel, youngest son has very good English and wonderful customer service skills, and he is very helpful. Hotel has no lift and tricky stairs but my suitcase got carried up and down for me. They organized taxi to the airport for me, bit pricey but the price is set, no more to pay on the day of travel. Hotel might be little bit dated in decor, but bed was comfortable, everything was functional, and it was clean. Price wise definitely on a bargain end of what you can find at this location.

Overall, a fantastic option for your stay in Istanbul- location, quality and price are really fantastic. Staff were also really friendly and we enjoyed staying at a boutique Turkish hotel. Fantastic location only a short walk to main attractions and in a bustling area close to lots of restaurants. We felt safe here. The room was exactly as shown in pictures, clean and a fantastic aircon. Had all the essentials - closet space, kettle, tv, mirror, safe, minifridge and decent size bathroom. We stayed on the third floor and had no issues with sound. Last minute we needed an extra night and they were happy to accomodate us.

We loved our stay, our only two minor suggestions for improvement would be to bolt down the safe in the wardrobe and to have someone monitoring messages from booking.com more consistently.

Staff was very helpful. Property was clean and quiet and no smoking inside. It had complete in-room facilities and safety deposit box and fridge. WiFi was good and Aircon was working well. They had available potable water in the lobby.

No lift. Tv satellite was down.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They accomodated us for important changes in the day and time of arrival and regarding leaving our luggage at the hotel on the day of the departure as our flight would have been many hours after the check-out. The location was very close to the main Mosques.

Amazing staff! Really kind. The young man at check-in waited for me until late — I really appreciated it! This is his family's business, and he’s truly brave and helpful. He offered me a complimentary upgrade and gave great recommendations about the area.
