At arrival we were welcomed warmly. We got offered tea and a seat, while the check-in was arranged. We got a free upgrade from a basic room to a room with ocean view, which was really nice. The room was nice and clean, the beds comfortable, and at night it was completely quiet, which was absolutely amazing. Also the location of the hotel is really nice, super close to some main tourist attractions, and plenty of lovely restaurants, at about 5 minutes walking from a tram station.

The surrounding area is quite hilly and steep, so if you cannot walk as easily, maybe that is something to take into account. For us, this was luckily not a problem.

Absolutely amazing stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they truly treated us like queens and supported us with everything we needed. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the main attractions and well connected by public transport. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and offers a stunning view of a mosque nearby — a great spot to relax after a day exploring the city. Art City Hotel is in a beautiful place in Istanbul. The sea view is magnificent and the hotel's terrace and mosque streets are very beautiful. You can walk to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. The hotel is in a beautiful historical place. You can have breakfast on the terrace. Thank you very much. Manager Reshad is always there to help you.

Because it is placed in a good place, the view is very nice.

Reshad was on the reception when we arrived. Funny guy who befriended us soon. He offered us a free breakfast and we could choose our room. On top of that he offered us a night boat tour much cheaper then in the city the guides. The room was okay, nothing fancy nothing bad.

There coud be a few on the wall to hang the jacket, but we could put it into the wardrobe.

The view from the rooftop is great. They upgraded my room and the staff was also very kind and told me a lot of information. If I go to Istanbul again, I will choose this hotel again.

It is not Lux 5 Star Hotel but it is 3star and for the price it is a good deal. The bathrooms were remodeled and new and hot water was amazing The hotel is clean and comfortable and no bugs. Hotel provided shampoos n body wash, hair dryer n tea kettle. the elevator is convenient the water available in the lobby to refill bottles very convenient. The location is great its 8 min to blue mosque and H-Sofia also 8 min to Other side by tram station road

The elevator is convenient but doesn’t go up to terrace and stairs are steep for older people. the hotel is in tight narrow streets, its steep up hill walk. The walk is ok but difficult for older people. The breakfast was extra and looked disappointing so we ate outside Only some comforters needed updating

Friendly stuff, clean room, great location ❤️ second time staying in this hotel. This place is my go to hotel every time I am in Istanbul. It is a great reassurance to know that I have a favorite place to stay when I am traveling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love this hotel, it was in the centre of Istanbul everything was nearby! stuff was very helpful they allowed me to stay until 2 pm because my flight for us till late night. and I also get the free break from the staff as a complimentary. I love this stay in Istanbul.

Position is very close to the main objectives.

During 4 days of staying only once was cleaned the room. The room is very small and needs to be repaired.

It was clean , location was really good every monument is just in walking distance

Staff was really good.specially the receptionist Shahreyar , breakfast was good too
