Everything is just perfect, location is rate it 10/10 everything is close to you, shops, cafe, bazar, metro station, barber, saloon , grocery all can be reached by walking maximum 5 min and maybe 10 min walking and you will be in the grand bazar, the breakfast is so amazing and authentic turkish, the staff very helpful and they do extra mile to help you , special thanks to all of them but more exceptional thanks for Mr. Najeeb in the reception he explained for us where we can find metro station 5 min away from the hotel and he helped me a lot during my stay there i am really thankful and grateful for his assistance including the other guys as well, i highly recommend the hotel you will really enjoy your stay in istanbul with them and you will explore more hidden gems in istanbul ❤️ surely my next visit to istanbul i will stay with them , highly recommended i give them 10/10. Hotel was clean all the time and the room service were very helpful and smiling all the time, and even the staff responsible on the buffet they were smiling and welcoming the guest. Excellent location and unbelievably attentive service. Veysel exceeded all expectations for good hospitality, and everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

Get comfortable shoes - the hotel is located on the street that goes up and down the hill; there are lots of shoe shops on this street and the deliveries at night may prevent you from sleeping with the open window. Breakfast is the same every day, missed orange juice for breakfast.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, from reception right through to Vatma, the cleaning lady. Veysel and staff made us feel right at home and was very hospitable and helpful in every way! The room was also as pictured and it was cosy and warm - perfect for me and hubby! The bed is comfortable and the shower has good water pressure which is what I needed after a long day of exploring! Close walk to the tramway and all the main attractions which was a bonus. Veysel also offered his tram card which helped us on our adventures each day. Veysel also got us a discount and a private table right next to the dancers on the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise which we thoroughly enjoyed. The included breakfast had a beautiful selection of food and the restaurant is intimate and cute! I cannot fault the hotel at all! We loved our 4-night stay! Also, the restaurant next door, The Glass, makes beautiful, delicious food! We will be back!

Nothing to fault about the hotel itself but drivers sometimes cannot get right to the hotel door so you might have to walk over a block and workers outside can sometimes be loud at night but none of that was a problem for us, it was all part of the experience :)

Room was small but very clean, very good pillows and sheets, bathroom small but functional, staff was friendly but not speaking fluent English made communication difficult. Breakfast was standard but very focused on local cuisine.

Even though the room was for non-smokers, the smell of cigarettes entered everywhere, especially when the cleaning staff smoked in the hallway, and this happened in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. Another complicated point was the noise of showers and pipes from other rooms, telephones from other rooms very early (5:00 am) and noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning (before 8:00 am). Quite difficult to sleep once these noises started.

Ozgur really helped us with our stay. He was absolutely fantastic and helpful. I came with a child, and he helped with booking a tour, sorting our Sim and everything else. The hotel was super clean. Everything was great. The room was small but sufficient for our needs. The balcony has no sitting area but was good for fresh air. When needed, water was provided for us free of charge. The room was cleaned every day for us immaculately. The breakfast was good and child friendly. We had a super comfortable stay. I'm very happy.

This was my second stay at this wonderful little hotel, and I’m so glad I came back. The location is excellent—central, convenient, only a few minutes from Tram 1 Cemberlitas station and a short walk to Sultanahmet. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Farhat and Rashid (sorry if I misspelled their names) were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Umat went out of his way to make me feel at home, offering help with everything from local recommendations to little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. You can really feel the pride they take in their work. It’s rare to find such consistently great service, and it’s what will keep bringing me back.

We had a fantastic experience at Primero Hotel. The location was perfect for walking to the different attractions. The only issue was the taxis would not drop us off in front of the hotel. We had to walk up the street and it was pretty steep. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were great. They gave us a tray of fruits as a welcoming gift. They were also very helpful and showed a lot of interest in making sure we were pleased.

The only thing was that some of the taxi driver didn't want to go up the street to the front of the Hotel. Istanbul has many narrow streets and some are difficult to drive in. For this reason some drivers would not want to go all the way to the front of the Hotel. Otherwise the hotel is great.

Very friendly, clean and in an ideal location in the Faith district. Any questions or requests the staff were more than happy to help. The room was modern, clean and the bed comfortable. We were a party of 8 ladies and quite demanding, the reception staff were not fazed. I had concerns before we went about security etc and queried this in messages with the hotel, they were very reassuring and quick to respond. Any fears we had were completely unfounded. Reception organised our airport transfers, a guide for a whole day suggested and booked restaurants and a Turkish Spa massage for us.

Whilst the recommendations were absolutely great the staff were a little pushy in their eagerness to help and to book us into certain things. We’d already booked a river cruise before arrival and must have been asked 10 times if we’d booked a cruise and would like to change it to theirs?

The location - It is close to the tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, The Blue Mosque, Basillica Cistern...). You can just walk there. The Staff - Very attentive, I flied from Hong Kong and it was a long journey (12 hours flight), they offered me an early check in and a breakfast when I arrived. Great recommendations for the tours from the staff too. Very detailed and helpful. Room - spotlessly clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic! A variety of food offered: fruits, salad, bread, cheese, coffee, Turkish delights, you name it.

We are very happy with our stay. The location is great. And the staff.. unique! Extremely kind and responsive people. We went without a program, but they and especially Veysel explained to us about all the sights that are worth seeing. The breakfast at the hotel is very delicious and every day there is a variety of Turkish food. The hotel does not have its own parking, but they provided us with a parking space. The rooms were cozy and clean. On our next visit to Istanbul, we will stay at this hotel again!
