Me and my family has a fantastic stay at Reyaan hotel in Istanbul . They were a fantastic host right from the start they welcomed us all . They put us all on the same floor and answered all our questions via WhatsApp and they were so helpful face to face with all our queries . The rooms were very big and clean and very spacious . They cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels daily . They gave us tips on where to go and tips on travelling . We had issues contacting our airline and they were more than happy to assist us and call the airlines themselves and sorted out our check in issues with airline for us. We will highly recommend Reyaan hotel to my family and friends for their future trips to Istanbul . The hotel is very close by to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophie Mosque and less than 10 min walk to the Geand bazaar. There are various restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk . Excellent stay for me and my husband and four children ! My children loved the stay too !

Amazing staff, the kindest guys that I've encountered at a hotel up until now. They were prepared to assist us at any time during our stay and gave us valuable advice on attractions and places to eat. After visiting throughout the day, we would rest at the reception and talk to them about various topics, you can't find more amazing people in any other place. The room was being cleaned every day, and the conditions are exceptional for the price you're paying. The air conditioning works perfectly and the design of the room and the bathroom feel very welcoming. We will definitely come back for our next stay in Istanbul.

Friendliness and welcoming from staff. Fazal gave us all the information needed to navigate and make the best of our time there, he was very helpful and friendly. The manager was also very kind and always made sure we were comfortable. He arranged a shuttle to the hotel at short notice and his communication was good. The cleaning staff also kept our room and bathroom clean everyday. Location is good, a few minutes from the transport with lot's to see and shop along the way.

The noise from other rooms next door. I think the sound travels through the vents and you could hear all the sounds from guests on that floor.

Samim was always ready to answer our questions and gave us valuable tips on local attractions and restaurants that enriched our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location of the hotel is also ideal—central yet quiet. It was the perfect retreat after a day full of exploration. Very good location, just 3-5 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Staff is very attentive and helpful. I would like to mark here receptionists: Mansour, Jan (Can) and Fazal. Each of them helped us a lot. Fazal from the beginning of our booking was in touch with us regarding the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Mansour met us at the hotel and gave us many tips such as where is better rate to exchange money, places to eat, show us the good grocery shop, etc. Jan (Can) helped us on the first our day with explaining how to get the places and point them on map. He even gave us Istanbul card (transport card) which he had (we bought it from him). I would highly recommend this hotel. The walls between the rooms are thin but its not a problem at all.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and overall, the experience was exceptional. The staff at the reception were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made my visit truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, conveniently situated close to major attractions. There is parking available , it costs 15 euros/day.

The room was spacious, offering plenty of comfort and potential. However, I noticed that it wasn’t as clean as I expected, and the furniture was quite outdated. A bit of renovation and more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience significantly.

Great location, walking distance from the Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar and the Çemberlitaş tram station. This made our exploration of the city a breeze. Fazal's service at the hotel front desk was superb. He gave us plenty of recommendations, helped booked our return taxi and made sure that our stay was the best possible, he greatly improved our overall experience.

The great location comes with a tradeoff. The Old City has very narrow streets and at times it gets very busy. If you are sensitive to noises during your sleep, I would advise asking the staff to arrange a room facing the back of the hotel, they will be more than happy to help you get comfortable.

After 9 days of staying in this hotel, first of all I would like to thank the wonderful people who made our stay in the hotel as comfortable as possible. On the first day we noticed a small breakdown in the shower cabin, but everything was fixed immediately. The room was cleaned daily, all our requests were taken into account. Each of the guys who work at the reception is extremely polite and friendly, ready to help with any little thing and suggest the best places nearby. We can confidently recommend this hotel and will be happy to return again!

The only small drawback that we noticed was the audibility of other guests, but this is more a complaint about the residents of the hotel than the employees.

The staff were incredibly nice and beyond helpful, even in situations where it wasn’t really their responsibility to help us - they were nice enough to still do it. The rooms were cleaned every day and we got new towels every day! The hotel is in a nice spot close to most stuff.

A few of the bed sheets or covers were stained, even though they were obviously cleaned it would be nice if none of it was stained. Also isolation throughout the hotel in general isn’t that good, we could often hear other rooms talking and showering, especially through the bathroom. The placement of the hotel is very good, however we had to walk up a very steep hill every day to get anywhere, which might be a struggle for some people!

Great value. I took a ground floor budget room. It was adequate for the two of us. We only went back to the hotel to shower and sleep. Don’t waste your time in a hotel room in Istanbul, there is so much to do and see. The hotel is very clean. They have daily cleaning and fresh towels. The shower stall was a good size and the water pressure was strong. What really makes this property is the staff. You will encounter the most hospitable gentlemen at the front desk. I didn’t get the correct spelling for their names but I am so grateful for their help and recommendations during our stay. I was awake doing some work until 4 am one night and the gentleman at the front desk made me tea and coffee.

Nothing. Good value for the money. Beds are a little firm. But that is my opinion.
