I had a very pleasent stay at the hotel. Staff are very helpful especially Mustafa who is alway ready to help. Although I arrived before the standard check-in time, Mustafa arranged that I get access to the room as soon as possible. The location is great and is close to Aya Sofya and Sultan Ahmet, Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

When my bf and I arrived at the hotel, the staff was so accommodating; they did everything they can to make us feel comfortable, especially I was on 3 diff time zones. The property is close to a lot of amazing restaurants and close to the center. you can almost walk everywhere.

Traditional Turkish breakfast was brilliant and set us up for the day. Location was excellent, 15 minutes stroll to the main mosques, via a lovely market. Rooms were good size and with air con.

Only slight complaint. Our room was located by a rear door and could hear staff talking at night. There was also a large external light so had to keep curtains closed as disturbed our sleep.

The staff was kind and helpful. We got Istanbul card as well. The breakfast was OK, check-out time was also comfortable, till 11-12 O'Clock. The location also very good, all the major attractions are close on foot.

The room is quite small (I knew it) but it was not a problem as we didn't spend too much time in it. The reservation through Booking was not visible in their system, so we had no room and they were full when we arrived, but the manager solved it immediately and finally we got another room in the hotel next to them.

Very good location, near to main turistic attractions, good restaurants and public transport. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was very coasy. We came late (after midnight) from airport and there was no problem to check in.

The place is really good value and comfortable. There were many details from nice smelling citrus soap to different lights of various intensities that could be turned on in a different day/night time according to our needs. The staff was VERY friendly and atentive. We felt very welcomed and taken care of.

I went for business and stayed for a week. When I went, the street was crowded and there was noise, but when I walked in, they welcomed me well and offered me Turkish coffee. Thank you to Ms. Jeren. I will come back for work as soon as possible. Thank you.

The location was like a wonderful place, it was worth coming, the cleanliness was good, the staff was very friendly

Staff was really helpful. Location is close to main attractions and it’s really good value for money. The only thing is that they had electricity issue for few minutes but I’m sure that affected all buildings in the area so I won’t blame them.

the room was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed to make the stay more comfortable, and the staff, especially Omar, very kind. Also,the view from terrace was wonderful We will definitely stay here again next time.
