The location of the hotel is really good, close to the public transport and near some of the tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable. The room was large enough, the bathroom and shower were also great. The room service and cleaning was also perfect. The breakfast was really good with good options. The staff (Ahmet) were friendly and always ready to help. Overall the price and experience was satisfying.

The restaurants in that street are not so good, but one can easily take the public transport to another place. The room I got was on the last floor and would get a bit cold when it was windy and the heater was not on. The WiFi reach in some areas is not that good, but overall is good. The electricity sockets were in strange positions on the wall (not near the bed)!

The location is easy to access, near the metro station and famous tourist attractions. The size of the room was average for three, but beds were comfortable. There is a fridge in the room, and possibility to prepare tea or coffee in the room. There was also a good breakfast with nice options in the mornings. The room cleaning service was also perfect. There is a closet and small table and chairs in the room. However, the placement of the table and chairs in the room, made them inconvenient to use.

The only problem I can think of is the staircase with no elevator. I had booked the room for my parents. The stairs are narrow and might be difficult for older people.

Thank you Ahmad, for nice staycation :-) I had a room in attic, it was super clean and tidy, just the first night it was super cold and I was freezing, the next day Ahmad asked me if everything was OK, and they turned the heating on. I really appreciated that - very friendly approach and communication via Whatsapp is the best. Location is great, walkable distance to almost everything. Giving rating 8 because of the noise from the terrace just right next to my windows and street and breakfast was basic. But generally I would recommend this place for staying a few days 😊

EXCELLENT LOCATION. The building is very old and the rooms need renovation. We had a room with sea view, let's say it was OK. The breakfast is really good (coffee, tea and prepared portions). Ahmed is the star of this place.He is a lovely boy, helping with everything you must know about the city. He helped us with the organised transfer from the airport to the hotel and back (btw £100 (€120) round-trip shuttle cost. I highly recommend that if you want to experience being around with locals and more stepped on Earth people.

Excellent location for those, who want to be close to Grand Bazaar/ Hagia Sophia/ Blue Mosque and other top spots of the Old Town. A lot of places for good food around (all price ranges according to your liking- from local cheap and good to touristic expensive and not-so-good. Spacious rooms (top floor) as compared to other hotels in the Old Town of Istanbul (I stayed in over 10 of them in the last 2 years). Good price/quality ratio. Very nice and helpful owners. Will come back soon for sure :)

The location of the property is great. Just 5-10 minutes walking distance from all the major attractions. Even the tram station is nearby to connect you to other parts of the city.

It’s not value for the money. The rooms are smaller than they look in the picture. We bought a sim card for 1200 turkish lira which costs 200-400 liras in the city. So, that seemed like a rip off. Other than that, everything was great. The host was really nice to us. We didn’t have a phone charger that would fit into the turkish sockets. The host was nice enough to lend us one while we stayed there.

Good location in the Old Town of Istanbul, close to Grand Bazaar (5 min by foot), Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace (12-15 min by foot). Good owner, provided a map of Istanbul and explained everything. Very good price if you travel in January. Economic choice of accomodation. Beautiful view from the top floor room. Basic breakfast included. Free Wi-Fi. Compare to other Istanbul streets it is more quite and you can have a good night sleep.

Narrow steep stairs and no elevator (do not recommend for people who does not like climbing stairs). Breakfast from 9:00 till 10:30 only. During winter in the room is only one thin blanket, you have to use Air Conditioner for heating your room. Blue pillows and carpet are old. Furniture (table, armchairs) also not new but this is economy class accomodation.

My experience was wonderful in this hotel. The hotel location is in the city center, close to the tram station, the Grad Bazaar, the Egyptian Bazaar, the hagis Sophia, and Sultan Ahmed mosques . You can visit everything on foot. A varied and delicious breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea. Very clean rooms and cleaned daily The staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Ahmad and Hakan. They help you with all things and give you information about the tourist places that you can visit. I recommend this hotel

Very good communication and reactivity. Very nice people. Close to Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmet and grand bazar. Eminonu bazar and Suleymaniye easily reachable by feet. Tram less than 5 minutes walk. Excellent breakfast in a good spot

Window was a bit small, wifi unstable. Considering our trip conditions, it wasn't an issue at all for us. Beakfast served a bit late at 9
