Staff is really nice and welcoming, generally I would say the prices of the hotel are still affordable compared to how much the prices raised in Istanbul

The first night we got a room at the first floor, there was literally no light or illumination, seemed like night forever, we asked to change and the next day we got a brighter room on the second floor!

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the Grand Bazar and restaurants. The Tram is only 4 minutes walk away. It takes you Sultanamet's main square which has the Red and Blue mosques, Cistern and other attractions nearby. There is only a very slight up hill walk from the hotel to the tram. The rooms are nicely furnished and the Suite rooms are a good size to have a pre-dinner drink. The Breakfast is excellent but mainly vegetarian. Staff very friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Nothing from the Hotel but it is situated in an area which has very small streets so there could be roads blocked by trade vehicles so leave plenty of time to get to the airport on your return journey.

The hotel was in a good location, close to grand bazar and other places we wanted to visit. Rooms very clean, fresh towels every day. The kitchen staff is very friendly, they made me Turkish coffee every morning.

The guys at the reception made me feel like I was in bazar. Not very professional.

The hotel's staff are their best asset - they know how to make guests feeling special andvattend to their needs. Thanks guys, I appreciate all of you. They also helped with organising transport, arrangements fornlocal tours etc. The hotel is well locted, close to public transport and major tourist attractions e.g. Grand Bazaar. Coffee, tea, cooldrinks, water and toiletries as well as breakfast were extras that made the stay convenient. I stayed in a standard room.

There are a few things that need attention: • Shower glass doors were not clean. • The bed was not the most comfortable I have slep on - a much needed investment to keep up the good standard of this little gem boutique hotel. • Cups were not cleaned/replaced as what one would expect at a boutique hotel. All in all very good value for money ! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The people running this place know what they're doing, from the receptionists to the girls serving breakfast or the cleaning staff. Great experience, great memories.

Interior is awesome

No mineral water given in the room. When I request staff at front counter give to us but with the some kind faced. For 2nd days also not provide mineral water and just pick up the rubbish without tady the room. So disappointed

Great location! Just a 5 min walk away from the Grand Bazaar, and 15mins to the Sultanahmet area where the Hagia Sophia is. Better still the tram is 5 mins away, making it very easy to travel across the city. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

The room was a little too small for my friend and I but it wasn't a major issue, we still managed to make it work! Would definitely book a slightly bigger room or even separate rooms when travelling with friends next time.

This place was amazing!!! The facilities were amazing, food was great, and they were so pleasant kind and helpful. They got us reservations for transfer to and from the airport. They also booked us an amazing dinner cruise and transport to and from that as well. They were so kind and helpful and spoke English as well so communication was super easy as well! Thank you for the amazing stay and helping us make the most of our trip! Would def stay again and highly recommend if you’re planning to go to Istanbul for any amount of time!!!!!

10/10 - Rooms are super clean and big! - Everything is brand new. - Stuff is so kind and helpful. - Breakfast is very good and there are a plenty of choises. - Location is great and you need 2 mins until the T1 Tramvay or 4 mins until the Grand Bazaar. - It is not so crowdy all the time outside so you can normally sleep. - Internet connection is good. The lady from the kitchen is great and kind, also pretty good english speaker. The man from the reception told us that we can check out later for free, if we have a flight afternoon. (If we need it) So all together it is a great experience and good value for the money. The stuff shows you that they care about their guests and also that they are flexibile. It means a lot for a customer. All my recomendations goes to this hotel!

New hotel, very clean and so nice. Good breakfast. Staff is very helpful. The lady who cooks breakfast is so nice and kind. The manager of the hotel is a great guy, very helpful and speaks good English. We stayed 4 nights and they cleaned the room 3 times. You can access Sultanahmet square and other attractions very easly and quickly, 15-20 min walking distance. The tram stop is in 300 meters, so you can reach Dolmabahce very quickly. There are a lot of cafes, turkish delights shops, also money exchange etc. just around the hotel, which is very convenient. This is a great hotel for the price. I definitely recommend it!

There are narrow and busy streets around the hotel, so it is noisy all day till around 11-12pm. The street gets noisy from around 7 am again. Because of the narrow street, sounds outside are heard in the room (I stayed on 2nd floor). I used to close the window at night, however this didn't help much. I wish the bathroom in my room was just a bit spacious with a bit large sink with soap holder and mirror glass shelf : )) For me, the nearest metro station (Vezneciler station. there are just 3 stops to Taksim square ) was a bit far away, abt 1.1 km walking distance
