I liked the terrace view that they had. The staff were amazing. Especially the lady that does the night shift. Super kind and even offered to make us sandwiches for our 4am flight! Super sweet and good English so could understand everything she was saying. The cleaning ladies were super good at their job. Came back to the hotel and everything was clean.

The taps were too small so often the water went everywhere. Some parts of breakfast would be finished and they wouldn’t put more of those items e.g cake sausages

Staff are all lovely people, kind and attentive. The price-value is on point. Breakfast was more than enough with a really beautiful view to put one in a good mood every morning. Location is great, super close to the tram and Grand Bazaar and two stations away from Sultahnamet, most times it was more fun to just walk than taking public transport. If I’m back to Istanbul will definitely stay again.

The covers of the bed are a little rough

The view from the breakfast is amazing. You can see the blue mosque and the ocean, which is why we booked the hotel. The breakfast food is also good, and the bed is amazing (although quite noisy). The location is great as well. You are close to most historical tourist points (the Blue mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar) and many great restaurants. The staff was also very helpful and answered all questions quickly.

The room curtains were extremely poor. They let light from the corridor into the room, and an exit sign shone light into our room the whole night. The shower was also quite cold the first night, but it worked perfectly for the rest of the night.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Istanbul! The hotel is in a very, very central location- just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. It's perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was a delicious, traditional Turkish spread. A very special thank you to Sofia, who was always kind and available to help with anything we needed. She even surprised us with a birthday cake for my father after noticing it was his birthday - such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture! We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Accessibility to public transport (Tram / Metro) is excellent and within walking distance. A few minutes walk up the road is the Beyazit tram stop (see picture) that leads to the bustling Grand Bazaar. En route to Beyazit stop you come across restaurants on either side of the road aptly named as the ‘Food Street’. The family room we stayed in was comfortable and the facilities were present as advertised. Hence, it seemed good value for money. The breakfast buffet service is fantastic and offers a satisfying variety for a healthy diet. We enjoyed the surrounding view from the roof terrace overlooking Yenikapi bay as well as some of the iconic buildings of Istanbul which will be something to look forward to when you go to the roof terrace for breakfast. Above and beyond, the staff were exceptional. Sophia, the lady at the front desk in particular together with the others were so welcoming and very helpful. They managed to accommodate my request for a late checkout at short notice after I learned that the departure of my return flight had been delayed. Also arranged the airport transfer through them. Certainly recommend!

The hotel is located in a very comfortable location - the metro stop is just few minutes away. In a walking distance you find the old town with the most significant monuments, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops, many different hamams. The terrace has a beautiful view. Breakfast is held in the terrace, where the personnel does its best to serve delicious and warm meal. You can also chill in the terrace in the afternoon. A special thanks and admiration to the receptionist Sofia. She is exceptional: super polite, sweet and carrying, she patiently answers any questions you might have, solve any problem and also she is able to offer non-touristic places to eat at and to visit. She is super devoted. She is rare find. Sofia really adds a lot to our (and other guests) positive experience for sure.

Not that it bothered us, but the restaurant really only serves as a breakfast place. No lunch, dinner or drinks there. But the street and the whole neighbourhood is full of places to eat or have drinks. No issues with that.

The place is very communicative, it is close to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, restaurants and shops, the street is relatively quiet. The staff is very kind and responsive, especially thanks to Sofia and Tolga!

The hotel is quite noisy, renovations start very early around and in the hotel and all this could be heard in our room, there is no soundproofing. The room was small, but it was not a problem for us. We wanted the room to be cleaned because we were staying for 4 nights, we left a sign, but no one came...

Big private balcony with view of blue mosque and the sea, very nice to sit and relax after a day sightseeing. Location was great, walking distance (like 10-15 min) to grand bazaar and blue mosque. Great views from the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was good, simple but tasty. The woman in the reception was very helpful and nice. WiFi worked good.

The place was a bit worn down, the door to the room was almost broken, not possible to lock the balcony door, warm water not always available, the elevator was very noisy, no safety deposit box, restaurant personnel did not speak English. The taxi the hotel booked for us to the airport was not nice, no air conditioning, belts not working and driver not speaking English.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, we loved Sophia the most she made us feel at home, taking care of us in a way we couldn't have imagined. A shout out to the little mascot Jamal that would greet us every time we'd go back to the hotel. Very clean hotel and the breakfast view, unbeatable. Definitely recommend, and if we'll go back to Istanbul we are definitely going there again. They made our trip way easier and helped us a lot.

I think my comments will be a little bit special as I travelled with my family and also my mother who was on wheelchair… Having a kind staff who are reassuring me at any time when I’m outside the hotel and looking for my mother for any need, this is very exceptionnel ❤️❤️❤️ Sophia , exceptional and angle woman , she is not a “just normal staff’… she is dealing with everyone as he / she is member of her family … looking and thinking for every details to make our stay amazing and comfortable … really I will never forget your kindness and your help and support… thanks a lot Dina and Fatos for your great effort every morning to provide us a breakfast with an amazing smile and looking for any special need for my mother In general all the staff are great , Borak ..,,, The location is also close to grand bazar

I will not recommand it if you have with you old person who need taxi or wheelchair to go outside the hotel as the taxi are bailable only before 10 am and after 6am However , if I will come back to Istanbul I will choose again the same hotel as I’m in general very satisfied
