It was so noisy ! When people talk in the hallway or in the reception, you hear everything! It woke me up several times every night.

The biggest plus of the hotel - nice warm (in winter) roof terrace with the great view! Super delicious big Turkish breakfast. Tea and coffee with cookies during the day/evening. Great location with its eastern atmosphere, many Kraft shops on the nearby streets, small local eateries. Very nice cozy room, with comfortable bed. All clean and brand new, very nicely done. Pleasant design. I was warned while booking process that I’ve got a room with no windows, but that was really not a problem at all! I spent quite some time on our roof terrace, or just walked in the city. All personal was very friendly, helpful and polite. Couldn’t imagine anything better!

Very nice Hotel, the staff are friendly and they help you to visit the city, they give you recomendations also. The room was clean, breakfast also adorable and the roof is amazing. You can keep your laggage also in the reception, we came earlier in the first day and the receptionist was very understandable; he propose to us free breakfast and an early check in at 11 AM. The hotel is near to public transportation (tram/metro...) and to the historical monuments (Hagia Sophia, topkapi palace...), best quality/price ratio.

The hotel is super nice, very close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace. The staff were really welcoming and so helpful, especially the morning shift guy. He was always there to help you with valuable guidance and suggestions. The room was clean and with a very beautiful view of the sea.

The breakfast could have been better.

Absolutely would come back! Came to Istanbul for the first time alone with my sister and was so happy to have stayed in the BRONTE. This hotel made our experience so enjoyable. This location is perfect to get around by foot and the room is so quant and comfortable. Not only is the breakfast every morning so delicious they even freshly prepare each meal for every guest as they come in, you also get an amazing view of the city while you eat. Hanifa was in charge of the breakfast and was always so attentive. She noticed we were in a rush and brought us breakfast early along with an extra dish of our favorite dish that she knew we enjoyed. The reception staff is also what makes this hotel stand apart from anywhere else. Omar and Davide are so helpful and friendly. Always ready to help us plan out our activity with directions and recommendations. It is so nice to know that there is someone who will help when you’re traveling somewhere new. Omar even helped us with tips on how to get around the city using the public transportation something we wouldn’t have even attempted without his tips. Everyone in this hotel is so friendly and accommodating- from the moment we arrived until our last day here it has been such a pleasure. Can’t wait to come back!

Price was definitely great compared to other hotels. Staff is very helpful. Devlet was very good in explaining things. Breakfast was great. The only thing to keep in mind when making reservation is to specify if you want a room with the view, then what kind of view you want- a view of water or a back alley. Also because price is very good (and on a lower side), some travellers who stay there don’t have an idea that when leaving at 3 am to the airport- other people may be sleeping, foots don’t have a “soft close” mechanism. Starting on a higher floor would probably be better than on a lower level- less people walk by on stairs.

Sound proofing. Or it was just our luck that loud Spanish soaking people were next door. We could almost take part in their conversations not even leaving our room…

Very lovely location, can walk to most major sites and not too much in the touristy hustle and bustle. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They gave tips on the do's and don'ts when navigating the city, which was incredibly useful! They made some really good recommendations for tours too, which was very nice. I arrived quite early in the morning before my room was available, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable after a long flight while I waited for check-in. The rooms are really nice and the one I stayed in was quite spacious. I would certainly go back and I highly recommend this place.

The part of the neighborhood initially looked a bit worrying, but it's quite safe.

The hotel staff were excellent. All very informative and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot. It was lovely to sit on the roof top and enjoy a continental breakfast each morning.

We arrived late in the evening when it was dark. We were a little uncomfortable with the area. This was our first visit to Turkey and we were not familiar with all the different areas. However we stayed there 5 nights and didn’t experience any issues at all. We very much enjoyed our stay. However, if you have health issues walking is quite challenging in this area as there are a lot of steep hills to conquer!

It was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and attentive, the location was great (close to the main sights) and breakfast was fantastic.
