I liked how simple and easy everything is, how nice and helpful are staff, how everything is clean. Breakfast is also really good, its swedish table and there is variety of foods available, simit, milk with cereials, all kinds of marmelades for bread, watermelon, different kinds of vegetables, eggs, etc. Also nice thing is terrace on rooftop, its possible to take coffee or tea from kitchen (comoletely free all the time) and go to drink in the terrace and enjoy view, hang out with cats which are all around and bring your own snacks from outside. In surroundings of hotel there is plenty small shops to buy candies, traditional food (which is cheap, deserts). Lots if important sights in Istambul are walking distance from hotel, there is also metro station 10 min wqlking away which is cheap and easy to use, so there is almost no need to use taxis or private car.

i stayed for 8 days in the property. the property is located in a good location, around 400m from the metro station and the area is full of restaurants and shops, 300m from the beach and around 2km from sultan ahmet mosque. the property has two supermarkets beside it, a mosque and grocery shops. property is providing an ok breakfast, rooms are clean and the cleaning lady is really professional, beds are comfortable. and the staff are very nice and they can help you with a lot of stuff such as Bosphorus trips, Transportation and and plans for good prices,

the property is located in a very noisy area where the noise stays on until all night until the morning. no water is provided in the room, or even a water heater. room is very tiny and i would say its much less than 24m. the area is a bit dangerous at night. i’m from jordan, but i noticed that the staff are very racist and they try to promote Turkish trips and services over the Syrians, staff shouldn’t be promoting services based on nationality but based on the quality and leave the choice completely to the tenants.

The location was good 10 minutes from the beyazet tram station and the grand bazar.the hotel was clean,the breakfast was good,the staff was very respectfull and helpfull,the wi fi was very strong.

They could do a little repairs in the rooms especially in the bath room

I arrived to the hotel very early in the morning as checking was at 2pm, I was told when Nezir, the manager, arrives which is at 8am only he can make any Decisions. So as soon as Nezir arrived he told us to have breakfast, which I did not have to pay for and by 8:30am we received our room. I can’t complement Nezir enough for his warm welcoming and very kind nature towards me and my family, He is one of the best manager that I have come across. He is such a lovely and considerate person The staff at the hotel were all, so welcoming very friendly and and very accommodating.

Convenient transportation near Tram T1 / Metro M2 , near food street ,market local , Bayazit Square , Sultan Muhammad. Grand Bazza

The way up is a steep hill. Breakfast is too local.

Everything was great, stuff and service and terrace with amazing wiew.

You need to add traditional Turkish coffee in menu. Everything else was great.

We have stayed at May Hotel from 02 july 22 to 13 july 22. The location was very good, the most visited places like Sultan Ahmet mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar were like 10 minutes away by foot, the breakfast was very good and always fresh. The place was being cleaned every day and bedsheets were replaced. I would also like to mention the guy who was serving the breakfast Ahmet abi was very welcoming. The reception staff (Sulaiman and Nadir) were also very kind and helpful.

Hotel is nice located, staff is excellent.

There is a lot of noise on the streets.

Staff were all fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, they all went out of their way to make it a very enjoyable stay. Mr Ahmed makes a great omelette too,on the quiet! Hotel is well located, walk uphill when you leave for the best restaurants. Blue mosque, aya sophia , grand bazaar and topkapi all within 15 minute walk

It's not quiet! I'm not sure anywhere in Istanbul is. Don't let the external noise spoil it for you, it's still a great place to stay
