For this price, this is the apartment I recommend 100%. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. In the room, we had towels and shampoo/soap. The air conditioner worked well. The owner is super welcoming, kind, and helpful. He was running through the streets to help us park the car. He can also offer tours. Good location, a lot of magazines and restaurants around. After leaving the room owner let us park the car while we shopped and didn't ask for extra money.

The bathroom needs a little bit of renovation. Wifi didn't work(because of the technical work on the street, as the owner said. )

I loved communication with our host, as well as their welcoming (they were helpful with our luggages, friendly, and helped us get along with opportunities in Istanbul). I also loved the beds, which were very comfortable, the balcony, and the very comfortable position in Sultanhamet

The room cleaning could be much better (but please notice that bathroom was very clean!). Also consider that our room could be reached via a series of very steep stairs, which could make this apartment less confortable for older people. Notice that other hotels are in front, such that privacy in the room may be limited when opening the balcony door

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet and peaceful in the evenings. What truly made the experience special was our host, who was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a kinder host — highly recommended!"

Right from the moment I arrived, the owner of the hotel greeted me with a warm smile and went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His dedication to guiding me through the facilities and services was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. The only downside of the hotel was the absence of an elevator, which could have been a challenge for some guests. However, this minor inconvenience was swiftly mitigated by the efforts of the hotel manager. He personally carried all of my luggage to my room, displaying a level of dedication and service that is rare to find. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness and fresh ambience of the room. All the beds had been recently changed. The bathroom and toilet were spotlessly clean.

Its location is very good, being close to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Suleymaniye, Kapali Charshi etc. We are impressed by friendly welcome by the host Mr. Dindar, who even guided me to find an appropriate parking place.

Nothing to dislike, for the sake of justice, I want to tell that as this is a building of houses informed in the booking.com, our expectations should be within those conditions. We found the room as we expected, and enjoyed its location and proximity to the city center.

It was nice .it was private and very welcoming. You are able to go in and out . If you need anything, you can just text the front desk . They were very accommodating . The location was also perfect. It was 5 min walk from Grand Bazaar. And all the mosques were also in walking distance. l.

This is the seventh or eighth time I have stayed in this apartment, which in itself says that I am very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is located in the most picturesque part of Istanbul and if you want to feel the spirit of Istanbul, this is the right location. Literally within a few hundred meters you have restaurants, bakeries, shops, small clothing stores and fruit shops. The apartment itself is currently renovated and in top condition, although it was fine for me before. My wife and I literally enjoyed every moment spent in this beautiful city. The host Dindar is very kind, he welcomes us every time at any time of the day, helps us with parking or transportation to the airport and we are in contact in case we need anything. Some may be bothered by the distance of the apartment from the nearest metro station, but it was never a problem for us, because we enjoyed every time climbing up the colorful streets to Beyazit Square or to Sultanahmet, and from there we could easily transfer to any part of Istanbul by metro.

He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When my friend accidentally left their laptop in a taxi, the owner quickly stepped in and helped us sort out the situation. He contacted the taxi company, provided assistance with language translation, and made sure we had all the necessary information to track down the lost item. His attentiveness and willingness to assist truly made a difference. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after an exhilarating day of football action. The hotel staff was attentive, professional, and always available to address our needs. They provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, ensuring that we made the most of our time in Turkey.

While the overall experience was outstanding, there is one area where the hotel could make improvements. The environment in the toilets left something to be desired. Though they were clean, the toilet is broken and can make some trouble.

The host and his wife were very nice. Our luggage were too heavy for us to carry. Even though they were very tired, they helped us carry it. Moreover, our friend's bus arrived late, so the host waited in the cold wind for a long time. I am very sorry... The room was very comfortable. There is also a refrigerator and TV. I really like the terrace in the room. It is very comfortable to blow in the wind and watch the street view~ The location of the apartment is also very good. When you go out, turn right and there is a very lively food street. At the end of the street, you can see the sea.

Accommodating staff, allowed us early check in as our flight got into Istanbul very early. Comfortable firm beds, great location with plenty of amazing food options nearby. Perfect if you're keen to see the sights and just come back to sleep.

Shower was very very slow to drain, and thus overflowed and pooled in a spot next to the toilet that also didn't drain.
