The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and other major tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The value for money was outstanding; I felt I received more than I paid for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleaning services were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always tidy and comfortable. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul.

First few days wifi was really bad It is quiet noisy at night

The hotel was very clean and offered a great price for the location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. It’s within walking distance of Sultanahmet, which is very convenient. However, the soundproofing is poor—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and the music from outside can be quite loud at night. The breakfast was basic and repetitive, nothing special. While some improvements are needed, overall, it’s a clean hotel with kind staff that helps create a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in the middle of the main attractions. You can easily access main city cites by walk, bus, metro. The hotel staff was very good and friendly. The rooms were tidy and clean. Room service get done everyday. Free breakfast was being served every morning from 8AM-10AM having good menu items. There is an electric kettle in room with coffee and tea you can drink as many times as you can. There are also multiple restaurants outside the hotel with food of your choice. I spent my best moments there with family.

No lift/elevator, no muslim shower in toilet

Good location, nice people, easy to find, clean rooms, affordable prices so basically all that is needed. Tea and coffee available all the time at reception and in room as well. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty.

I couldn’t pay by card because they said terminal did not work and doesn’t look like it has ever worked.

Location was great; staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was nice; tea/coffee was always available in the lobby. Amina was very nice and friendly and spoke good english; helpful were also the night-duty person (Shahrizod) and the cook. The owner (Hussain) was an exceptionally nice man.

the walls were not soundproof, nor were the windows, thus there was some sound coming from the nearby restaurants, but a lot of noise by some hotel guests themselves.

Their staff was very helpful in providing us Taxi at a very low rate, their Hotel was very clean as shown in pictures, the location of the Hotel is best, all shops and restaurants are nearby and Tourist attraction places are just 15 minutes away like Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Bazaar , like you'd really enjoy at night especially when you'll experience street food rush and their music, you'd not even feel like its night there, Most importantly I enjoyed their breakfast, it was of many varieties. Thank you Kupa Hotel for giving us such a good experience, I'd recommend this Hotel to everyone for sure.

I liked everything.

The location of the hotel is great, it's in the middle of a busy restaurant district and it is easy to reach most major sights on foot. The reception was very friendly and professional, the buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Nagris was extremely helpful, even organised a taxi to the airport for us. Our room on the top floor was compact but well-equipped and it had a spacious balcony.

The balcony could do with a bit of cleaning. The stairs up to the room are quite narrow and steep, which was not a problem for us but some people may find it a bit difficult as there is no lift.

The staff were really great and helpful, it was walking distance from many major landmarks and for the money you spend is way more than you can expect. Also it includes breakfast which is really nice

The rooms are not well isolated so you hear music from the restaurants below until 4 am

Th location of the hotel is good ,near the ights (Hagia Sofia ,Blue Mosue ,Sultan Ahmet ),and easy walk to th Grand Bazar .The hotel is located in the core of the old part of Fatih,which llows ou to feel the charm of Istanbul..The hotel.staff is very friendly and always at your service.

I really appreciated the help from the reception, they gave me all the directions I needed. The breakfast was good and whenever we asked for clean sheets or anything else they gladly did it. Excellent behaviour from the people who work there!

The wall of the roof of my room (14) was dirty, i think they can fix it easily. Also a decorative pillow was dirty, if they pay attention to these small details they will be top notch.
