Location and staff were the best thing about the hotel. MR Muzaffer from the reception was such a kind and polite gentleman. To be honest all of them were always greeting us with a smile and welcoming us with sincerity. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Kumkapı train staion that operates every 24 minutes to Sirkeci. And it’s 9 minutes walking to the metro line next to grand bazar @ Beyazıt . The rooms are somehow small but perfect is you are going to walk the whole day and come back just to sleep. Also very important also that there are lots of food options around plus lots of small supermarkets like Bim and şok and 101 . All are few steps away .

Excellent location, far enough away from tourists area to get reasonable prices food and drinks, but close enough to walk to see them. We had the smaller room, which for 3 nights was fine. Had fridge and kettle with tea & coffee. Bed seemed a little short but was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The slippers were a nice touch too. I would stay in this hotel again as was value for money!

Although shower had plenty of hot water, the shower hose needs replacing as leaked. And couldn’t see a plug socket for the kettle nearby.

A nice location not far away from the tram station (although be ready to go down a hill to get to the hotel and back up to get to the station). The area is lively with many grocery stores and cafes nearby. Main sightseeing spots are within a 15 minute walk. The hotel itself is clean and it was quiet during the stay. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Mattresses are soft and not lumpy, hot water and electricity was present all the time.

The room is a bit small for two people with no table (a tabletop over a fridge between two beds serves as a table) and a tiny sink in the bathroom. Someone tall might find beds to be not long enough and the room might not suite those who need some extra space during their stay. The are only two power sockets in the room (one in the bathroom), so one might need a splitter to charge several devices at once.

Location was amazing, transportation is easily accessible. The staff are extraordinary 👍

Staff : Esat and Karib were exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to offer assistance and provide recommendations, even before our arrival. They frequently guided us on routes, transportation, restaurants, and shops. Esat arranged our return taxi with a fixed rate. Room: Just as shown in the photos, equipped with a mini fridge, towels, and a hairdryer. Hotel : There is a stunning night view from the terrace. Be sure to take a little tour. There is always someone in the reception desk (day or night), there is also an elevator and a luggage scale. Hygiene: Impeccable! Simply request room cleaning before heading out. Location: Only a short uphill walk (5-10 minutes) separates the hotel from the Bayazit Tram T1 station. The Grand Bazaar is also right next to the station, where you can find the best currency exchange offices. The shops around the hotel are affordable. There is a café next to the hotel that serves Burek, ATM machines, and restaurants all along the sidewalk at reasonable prices. A clinic is 200 meters away, just in case. A budget grocery store right behind the hotel, just 1 min walk away. The neighborhood is very secure, with no outside noise.

- The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located in the Downtown of Istanbul, very near to Marmara sea you can walk about 10 minutes and Close to Tram station, You can find all what you need, food and services very nearby You need to try the Borek from the guy beside the hotel and try Baklava from Al-Sultan on the other side of the hotel - The Staff was very charm and helpful, Once I asked for anything they help me immediately and always with a smile I'd like to thank them - The Room is clean and tidy and you can ask for cleaning room if you need - Hotel is quiet and very valuable for the money

- Although the room is very comfortable, it is somehow small you can not have a seat and like take your dinner, all your stay will be on the bed But it is still larger than many of the hotels I went to - The Wi-fi was some times week at my room, but was very strong at the hotel overall

Fantastic place to stay, nice to have proper comfy beds instead of sofa beds for a family. Esat was very friendly and helpful. We arrived on a very early flight with two young children and he arranged for us to have a super early check-in free of charge! He also arranged a taxi for us on the way back to the hotel, which was way cheaper than the yellow taxi we caught from the airport. I particularly enjoyed having a cup of tea while watching daily life outside through the balcony. Plus watching a man and his cat do the same on the opposite side of the road lol.

The staff is great,especially Esat.Carib was very heplfull.Communication without problem.The staff speaks both English and Russian.Location is super.All tourist attractions places are about fifteen minutes walk.While visiting Istnbul next time I'll definitely stay there.I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel staff, and especially the owner, is very nice and accommodating. Also, the location is very good. The atmosphere of the street is authentic. Restaurants around are great and not so expensive, I can recommend.

Internet is bad. Wi-fi signal is strong but the link capacity is quite limited. Sometimes it is not usable even for Facetime calls. Also, the look from my window was quite ugly, but this heavily depends on the room you get.

The owner and employees of the hotel are very pleasant and friendly. The hotel has a good location, close to many interesting places, shops and places to eat. We didn't have any problems with transportation, although it is a bit far to Yenikapi metro station (especially if you have luggage). Regarding the room itself. It is small, it was cramped for two people there. The same goes for the bathroom. In our opinion, some furniture and things need to be updated (for example, towels, holders in the bathroom, etc.) + there should be 2 sets of towels for 2 people, not one, as in our case. There are also certain problems with sound insulation. We lived on the second floor and could hear absolutely everything that happened in the hotel lobby. This can be partially remedied with a front door seal (our recommendation to the owner). The bed seemed short to us, although it was comfortable to sleep. There are no problems with cleanliness, 10+ for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but in our opinion there is still a lot that could be improved. Good luck in that!
