This hotel is located in the heart of tourist area close to Grand Bazaar, one could easily walk to Ayasofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace Museum from here. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday since it is a small property with total 28 rooms. Housekeeping of the property is super neat and tidy. Their staff is really helpful and accommodating especially the front desk people: Fatih working Night shift and Murad in Day shift - this guy is a gem and constantly asks if you need any assistance. They will do as much as they can to make your stay comfortable at their hotel. Keep up the good work guys and many thanks for your hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul !

Hotel is nice and clean, newly refurbished and operating for only 2 months. Staff are really good, Fatih on night shift was very kind and helpful. Was always open for a chat and giving general advice. Even gave us his travel card so wouldn't have to buy our own. Location is perfect; walking distance from grand bazaar, Egyptian market, Hagia Sophia and more. Tram stop right on the top of the street if you want to go further e.g galata tower (only a few stops too). Complimentary breakfast too, good and standard. Bread, salamis, egg, dips. Nothing too fancy but you wouldn't need any more.

Not really what I didn't like, but things to be aware off: Hotel is near the bottom of an incline. Again, not a problem for us, but worth keeping in mind if you have back problems etc which make sloped walking hard. Otherwise, all of Istanbul is like this so it's not a problem at all if you're okay with inclines. Also, some spoons for the tea facilities in the room would be better. You get the kettle, mugs, tea, sugar, sealed water bottles but no spoon.

The location is great, close to everything (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, shops and bazaars, the sea, the Bosphorus (and ferries), the Golden Horn). The staff are really, really nice. The breakfast is sort of typical Turkish. The heating is really well regulated, it was always warm in the room.

The rooms are really a bit too small. The water pressure is terribly low. The beds are toooo soft.

I really loved how clean and fresh the room was. Staff were great and polite. I chose this hotel based on recommendations from Booking and it was 10 out of 10. Super clean toilet and bedclothes were super washed and fresh. Breakfast was really nice. I really recommend this hotel if you a little crazy about hygiene as me :) now I know where to stay for my next trip to Istanbul.

Everything was really good

The room we had (102) was very small but it was very clean. Clean sheets and towels. The housekeeper cleaned our room bathroom and changed our towels daily. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The terrace accessible from our balcony was not well maintained : it would have been so nice to have a table and some chairs to be able to sit comfortably outside, and the floor to be cleaner. Breakfast was decent, not so many options … at least for our taste but it was ok.

Great property in a good location, a short walk to the nearest tram station and facilities/shops. Room was clean and overall great value for money. Very grateful to Halit and the guy who often worked with him on nights (I’ve unfortunately forgotten his name but he’s from Turkmenistan), they were lovely, kind, welcoming and very helpful, especially after I had a difficult first day in the city after a bad restaurant experience and getting scammed at the grand bazaar. Would definitely return to this hotel again in future.

No real complaints others than the air con didn’t work very well at times.

The hotel is nice, located very convenient in Grand Bazaar area, close to the tram station and to main places of interest in Istanbul. The breakfast provided was nice, staff was friendly.

We are staying for the second time in this hotel. Last time it was cleaned better, and some little things already need the maintenance (there was something to be fixed on the floor in our room, but it was fixed with an adhesive tape). Overall it was fine!

This hotel is wonderful and an excellent choice, located in the heart of the city. Its prime location offers the convenience of a nearby tram station and the delight of main attractions within a short stroll. The room is always very clean, and also beds are really comfortable. Is a nice tiny Hotel and clean. It's near the touristic sights. We had a deluxe double room and 3 bedroom room. The 3 bedroom room is quiet small and has a small wardrobe but nice veiw. If sth is exceptional in this hotel is its very kind and friendly staff. They are always willing to help . They did an early check-in for us and they were always there when we some info and help. Specual Thanks to all of you,specially Fatih.

The neighborhood was noisy and there was a sharp up hill to climb reaching the main street which was difficult for older people in our group.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and the historic mosques, with easy access to public transportation. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond by allowing me to check in early at no extra charge. Highly recommended!
